In Tibetan: འཕགས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ། Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus I have heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in Rājagṛha on Vulture Peak Mountain, together with a great Saṅgha of monks, twelve hundred and fifty monks. And also with a great Saṅgha of Bodhisattvas, including Maitreya and others, twenty million koṭis of Bodhisattvas. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Maitreya, saying: Maitreya, from this Buddha-field to the east, after passing through Buddha-fields as numerous as the dust particles of ten inexpressible koṭis of Buddha-fields, there is a world called Possessing Pearls. Therein resides the Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, named Sky Auspiciousness, Immaculate, Dust-Removing, Utterly Beautiful, Virtue's Crest of Light, Lotus Flower, Lapis Lazuli Light Ray, Jewel Image Tathāgata, who is offered with supreme and excellent incense, whose body is extremely adorned, well-decorated, and from the crown of his head, immeasurable sunlight and moonlight adorn with excellent aspirations, great transformation adornment, manifesting from the Dharma Realm, the unsurpassed and unimpeded Jewel King Tathāgata, who even now abides, lives, exists, and also teaches the Dharma. Whoever holds the name of that Victorious One will, for great kalpas, as many kalpas as the dust particles of Jambudvīpa, be liberated from saṃsāra. It should also be upheld. One should prostrate. A kind-hearted son or daughter of good family, reciting the names of these twelve Buddhas, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, should confess all sins for ten days. Rejoice in all roots of virtue. Exhort all Buddhas, pray to all Buddhas, and dedicate all roots of virtue to the Dharmadhatu, with this dedication. However, all sins will be exhausted. All karmic obscurations will be purified. Thereafter, one will also obtain the perfection of the qualities of the Buddha-field, the perfection of fearlessness, the perfection of names, the perfection of the Bodhisattva Sangha, and the perfection of Dharani. One will also obtain the perfection of Samadhi. As desired, the perfection of the pure Buddha-field and the perfection of virtuous friends will also be quickly obtained. One will not regress from the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, nor will one completely regress. When wandering in Samsara, one will always be beautiful, and one will also obtain the perfection of its enjoyment, the perfection of lineage, the perfection of birth, the perfection of bloodline, the perfection of form, and the perfection of the retinue of similar beings. To this, one should say: Wherever one is born, in all lifetimes, seeing brings joy and causes joy, one will be radiant and have great power, and one will become very wealthy.
