With this dharani, recite twenty-one times to the bell, recite twenty-one times to the mustard seeds, and then use force vigorously and throw them in all four directions, and the boundary will be delimited. Reciting the vajra lightning beak eight times will summon the dragons. Reciting it once will reverse the wind and hail. Even if lightning falls, it will turn into water. If you rotate the vajra, the hail will dissipate in the direction you rotate it. Sit in the middle of a timid and secluded place, and recite this mantra thirty-two times, and the wind, clouds, and hail will also stop. Dragons will not cause harm, and they will not come again in the future. Bless the mustard seeds and throw them in all four directions, and the boundary can be delimited within one year, and the wind, clouds, and hail will not move. They will listen to the teachings, universally protect, and will carry out tasks. Recite the mantra twenty-one times and shake the bell, and the head will crack and fall to the ground. Eliminate harm. Praise the offerings according to the Dharma, recite clearly, and throw mustard seeds in the four directions, up and down, and the harm caused by hail, wind, and dragons will be bound. Inauspicious omens, unwholesomeness, inauspiciousness, planets, ghosts, flesh-eaters, yakshas, and rakshasas will also be expelled. Within one yojana.
