At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling on the supreme mountain peak of the snowy mountain valley of the jeweled tiered mansion. Like the foot and waist of Mount Meru, it was filled with various golden rocks, blazing and sparkling. The wide stone slabs had various lights of precious jewels appearing like rainbows. Fragrant flowers were scattered, and the inside of the caves and forests were permeated with many fragrant powders and incense. The supreme mountain was adorned with parasols, agaru, powders, bells, and banners. There, the Blessed One was with gods, sons of gods, asuras, sons of asuras, wind gods, sons of wind gods, garudas, nagas, yakshas, kinnaras, rakshasas, gandharvas, vidyadhara siddhas, bhutas, heretics, flesh-eaters, and a vast assembly of visible and invisible mamos, gathered in a circle of five hundred yojanas. There, seventy-five thousand bodhisattvas and twenty-five hundred bhikshus were dwelling together. The Blessed One was teaching the Dharma, dwelling in bliss, pleasant to listen to, teaching the Dharma that certainly liberates from samsara. Then, the Blessed One rejoiced and praised, saying: Vajradhara, go forth and fulfill the thoughts of the gods, the sons of gods, the asuras, the sons of asuras, the wind gods, the sons of wind gods, the sky-goers, the sons of sky-goers, and those who are making sounds and experiencing suffering in the great assembly. Then, Vajradhara rose from his seat and went into the midst of the gods, asuras, wind gods, sky-goers, and the assembly of beings, and subsequently manifested, and entered into the samadhi called the Vajra Weapon Flame Lamp. By means of miraculous power, in the three-thousand great-thousand world realm, flames blazed forth with radiating light, sparks flew everywhere, and lightning struck down, tormenting the various world realms. Then, in the five great kalpas, with dreams and water, and with a measure equal to the number of sands of the Ganges River, with splendor, glory, brahmacharya, purity, patience, discipline, asceticism, austerity, and the accomplished vajra arising from all of one's own possessions, it was given into the hand of the bodhisattva Vajrapani. That is the Dharma of the sutras of the Buddhas, the Dharma, discipline, and meditation of the arhats, the paramitas, discipline, patience, and compassion of the bodhisattvas, one's own vajra, lineage knowledge, mandala, and the method of recitation, it is the subduing of the difficult-to-tame fierce ones, the powerful ones, Yama, the water god, the evil body, the wind god, and the sky-goers. Thus, the Blessed Wrathful Ones arising from that, bewilder the ignorant, darken those with illusions, agitate those who hate, destroy the foolish, uproot the stubborn, crush the vast into powder, straighten the crooked, and sever those who cut.
