Having recited over mustard seeds and scattered them in the lake of nagas, and having recited and remembered the Essence Sutra of the Unfailing Noose once, then all the nagas, naga women, naga sons, and naga daughters will come from all places, prostrate at the feet of the vidyadhara, do all that is commanded, grant all that is desired, and become subject to control. If blessed three times, the naga king of the ocean will also come. The naga kings Nanda and Upananda will also come, and all will do as commanded and remain under control. If you wish to summon yakshas and rakshasas, fumigate with charcoal from burning corpses in the charnel ground, and recite and remember the root secret mantra seven times, then the yakshas and rakshasas will run and come, prostrate at the feet of the vidyadhara, and say, "Lord, please command." At that time, if the vidyadhara does as he commands, they will do all that is commanded, become messengers, and remain until the end of their lives. Recite seven times over a joined skull, and then fumigate with the smoke filling the skull, then all beings will come from all places, all will be controlled, and they will become messengers. If you wish to subdue a yakshini, draw a yakshini with tsampa, make a mandala of cow dung, draw a lotus pattern on it, place a torma made of tsampa in the shape of a lotus, fumigate with this incense, and recite the secret mantra one hundred and eight times. Recite seven times over mustard seeds, and then strike the yakshini, then the yakshini will stand before you in her own form, go to the realm of the gods, and then come again, and by merely commanding, she will do all secret things. Or say, "You are my mother, wife, or sister." If she is made your mother, she will enjoy happiness like a son, enter into all immeasurable palaces, and completely nurture you like a king's son. If you fumigate at the gates of the four cities, then all epidemics, harms, infectious diseases, all diseases, fights, wars, arguments, and conflicts in all the cities will be completely pacified. If you fumigate in the nomadic area, then all fears of thieves, deceitful people, harm-doers, lions, tigers, snakes, bears, and brown bears will not occur, and all fears of fierce wild animals will be completely pacified.
