All that is thought will be fulfilled as desired, and all vows will become meaningful. All dharmata will accomplish the vows of the dharma of the mandala of liberation. One will be liberated from all karmic obscurations, follow all happiness, and experience all the glory of gods and humans. One will have dominion over the shares of beings such as gods, asuras, yakshas, and rakshasas. One will rely on the mandala of yoga and secret mantras. One will not be shaken by striking, reviling, pegging, burning, threatening, confusing, killing, or controlling.
