地的各個階段是：極喜地、離垢地、發光地、難勝地、現前地、遠行地、不動地、善慧地、法雲地、無上佛地。這十二個階段也將會獲得，即：普光、甘露光、虛空光、金剛光、珍寶光、蓮花光、業光、無比地、吉祥地、智慧光、一切智和自覺。這十二個佛地，如果今生能夠成就，就能迅速獲得。即使沒有獲得這些地，也能利益眾生，具備智慧和慈悲，並受到喜愛佛法者的守護。獲得成就，成為如來，將會獲得珍寶所生的果報。吉祥的菩薩和吉祥的黑女神，誰能持誦其一百零八名，就能獲得一百零八種功德，身語意成就，成為三界之法王。如是說。菩薩眷屬和吉祥黑女神等都感到驚奇，對薄伽梵所說表示隨喜和讚歎。吉祥黑女神一百零八名及其功德圓滿。 吉祥黑女神一百零八名。

The stages of the grounds are: Joyful, Stainless, Luminous, Difficult to Conquer, Present, Gone Afar, Immovable, Good Intelligence, Cloud of Dharma, Supreme Buddha Ground. These twelve will also be obtained: All-Illuminating Light, Ambrosia Light, Sky Light, Vajra Light, Jewel Light, Lotus Light, Karma Light, Incomparable Ground, Glorious Ground, Wisdom Light, All-Knowing, and Self-Awareness. These twelve Buddha grounds, if attained in this life, will be quickly obtained. Even without attaining these grounds, one will benefit beings, possess wisdom and compassion, and be protected by those who delight in the Dharma. Having attained accomplishment, becoming a Tathagata, one will obtain the fruit born of jewels. The glorious Bodhisattva and the glorious Black Goddess, whoever holds their one hundred and eight names, will obtain one hundred and eight qualities, and having accomplished body, speech, and mind, will become the Dharma King of the three realms. Thus it was said. The Bodhisattva assembly and the glorious Black Goddess and others were amazed, and rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said. The one hundred and eight names of the glorious Black Goddess, together with their qualities, are complete. The one hundred and eight names of the glorious Black Goddess.
