བྱིག་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཟུངས་འདི་འཛིན་པ་དེ་ལ་དེ་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཤེས་རབ་འདོད་པ་ལ་ཤེས་རབ་དང་། གཟུངས་འདོད་པ་ལ་གཟུངས་དང་། དབྱིག་འདོད་པ་ལ་དབྱིག་དང་། ཐོས་པ་འདོད་པ་ལ་ཐོས་པ་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདིའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཟླ་བ་ཡར་གྱི་ངོ་ལ་ཉི་མ་ཤར་ཀར་འབྲས་སཱ་ལུའི་ཆན་དང་འོ་མར་སྦགས་ཏེ་བཟའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིག་སྔགས་འདི་དག་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་མིང་གཞན་དག་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཡིད་ལ་བྱའོ། །འོན་ཀྱང་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་དག་གི་མཐུས་གང་དག་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་དག་ན་འཁོད་པའི་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་ནམ། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་ངམ། མི་འམ་ཅིའམ། ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོ་འམ། གནོད་སྦྱིན་ནམ། ཡི་དགས་སམ། གྲུལ་བུམ་མམ། ཤ་ཟ་འམ། མི་འམ། མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་དེ་ལ་སེམས་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བར་ཆད་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར། རྟག་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་བར་འགྱུར། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དགའ་བཟང་དང་། ཡངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་། ཡོངས་སུ་དགའ་ལྡན་དང་། རི་དབེན་པ་ལ་གནས་པ་དང་། གངས་རི་ལ་གནས་པས་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འོག་མིན་གྱི་བར་གྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དབྱིག་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཟུངས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་འཇིགས་པ་འམ། དགོན་པར་དེ་ལ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབ་པར་འགྱུར། དེ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པ་སྦྱིན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགའ་ལྡན་ན་ལ་བ་དཀར་པོ་ལྟ་བུའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་ལ་བཞུགས་ཤིང་། དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ལེགས་པར་གནས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དུ་མ་དེ་དག་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ།། །།འཕགས་པ་དབྱིག་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ཛི་ན་མི་ཏྲ་དང་། དཱ་ན་ཤཱི་ལ་དང་། ཞུ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་བནྡེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་སྐད་གསར་ཆད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་བཅོས་ནས་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པ།། འཕགས་པ་དབྱིག་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས།

具有财富的陀罗尼，执持此陀罗尼者，财富将与他亲近。若欲求智慧，则得智慧；若欲求陀罗尼，则得陀罗尼；若欲求财富，则得财富；若欲求博学，则得博学，财富将与他亲近。此陀罗尼的仪轨是：在月亮渐盈之时，太阳升起时，将粳米饭与牛奶混合食用。诸佛的明咒，以及诸佛世尊的明咒的其他名号，应当时常忆念。然而，凭借这些秘密咒语的基础，无论在恒河沙数的世界中居住的阿修罗，或迦楼罗，或紧那罗，或大腹行，或夜叉，或饿鬼，或布单那，或罗刹，或人，或非人，都会对那个人心生欢喜。不会制造障碍，将永远被守护。菩萨摩诃萨，如喜贤、广阔、金刚手、普喜、住在寂静处者、住在雪山者，也会守护他。从下界到色究竟天的菩萨们，也会如此。凭借具有财富的陀罗尼的力量，在恐惧或寂静的地方，都会加持他，并赐予他不畏惧。世尊在喜悦园林，坐在如白海螺般的石板上，如此说道。菩萨摩诃萨善住，以及无数的菩萨们都感到欢喜，并对世尊所说的话表示赞叹。圣具有财富陀罗尼终。

The one who holds this Dhāraṇī of Possessing Wealth, wealth will be close to him. If one desires wisdom, one will obtain wisdom; if one desires dhāraṇī, one will obtain dhāraṇī; if one desires wealth, one will obtain wealth; if one desires learning, one will obtain learning, and wealth will be close to him. The ritual for this is as follows: During the waxing moon, at sunrise, mix rice with milk and eat it. These vidyā-mantras of the Buddhas, and the other names of the vidyā-mantras of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, should be constantly remembered. However, by the power of these foundations of secret mantras, whether it be an Asura, or a Garuda, or a Kinnara, or a Mahoraga, or a Yaksha, or a Preta, or a Putana, or a Rakshasa, or a human, or a non-human, residing in the realms of beings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, they will be delighted with that person. They will not create obstacles and will always be protected. Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas such as Gāndhabhadra, Vipula, Vajrapāṇi, Pūrṇānanda, those who dwell in secluded places, and those who dwell on snow mountains will also protect him. Those Bodhisattvas from the lower realms up to Akanistha will also do so. By the power of the Dhāraṇī of Possessing Wealth, in fearful or solitary places, they will bless him and grant him fearlessness. The Bhagavat, residing in the Joyful Grove, seated on a stone slab like a white conch shell, spoke thus. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva well-dwelt, and the thousands of Bodhisattvas were delighted and praised what the Bhagavat had said. Thus concludes the Noble Dhāraṇī called Possessing Wealth. The Indian master Jinamitra, Danashila, and the Zhuchen translator Bande Yeshe De translated, revised, and finalized it with new terminology. The Noble Dhāraṇī called Possessing Wealth.
