In Tibetan: The Noble Great Vehicle Sutra Named "The Twelve Buddhas". Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard: Once, the Bhagavan was dwelling in Rājagṛha, on Vulture Peak Mountain, together with a great Saṅgha of monks, twelve hundred and fifty monks, and also together with a great Saṅgha of Bodhisattvas, twenty thousand Bodhisattvas, including the Bodhisattva Maitreya. Then, the Bhagavan addressed the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Maitreya, saying: Maitreya, from this Buddha-field, towards the east, beyond countless billions of Buddha-fields, as many as the motes of dust in ten Buddha-fields, there exists a world called "Pearl". Therein resides the Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, named "Sky Auspicious, Immaculate, Dust-Removing, Utterly Beautiful, Qualities' Crest of Light, Lotus Flower, Lapis Lazuli Light, Jewel-like Image," who is adorned with supreme and excellent incense offerings, his body adorned and well-decorated, from the crest of his crown emanating immeasurable rays of sunlight, adorned with the aspiration of moonlight, manifesting great displays of transformation, appearing unhindered from the Dharmadhātu, the precious king, and he is still dwelling, living, and teaching the Dharma. Whoever holds the name of that Victorious One will be turned away from saṃsāra for as many great kalpas as there are motes of dust in Jambudvīpa. Adorned with the auspicious light of aspiration, the great manifestation of adornment, the immaculate precious king manifested from the realm of Dharma, immediately after his complete Nirvana and the disappearance of the sacred Dharma, will manifestly and completely awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. He will become the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, endowed with knowledge and conduct, Sugata, knower of the world, unsurpassed charioteer who tames beings, teacher of gods and humans, Buddha, Bhagavan, Water God Youth, Sun Lamp, Moon Flower, Lotus Golden Spike, possessing a body like the sky, Vairochana, adorned with radiant light, unimpeded wheel mandala, radiating light in all ten directions, illuminating all realms of the world, known as the King of the Crest Jewel Banner, will appear in the world. The Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha of the eastern direction, is also known by the name All Adornments Immaculate Light. Recite this name. I prostrate! The Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha of the southern direction, is also known by the name Contemplation on the Adornment of Confidence. Keep it in mind! The Tathagata of the western direction, the King of the Immaculate Moon Crest, is also known by the name Renowned. Recite this name. I prostrate! 也应受持其名。应作礼敬。慈悲具信的善男子或善女子，于十日中称诵十二尊薄伽梵如来应供正等觉之名，应忏悔一切罪业之过患。应随喜一切善根。应劝请一切佛。应祈请一切佛。应以将一切善根回向于法界的方式作回向。然而一切罪业将穷尽。一切业障将清净。其后，也将获得佛刹功德庄严圆满，无畏圆满，名号圆满，菩萨僧众圆满，陀罗尼圆满。也将获得三摩地圆满。如所愿般，佛刹清净圆满，善知识圆满，也将迅速受持。将不退转，亦不完全退转于无上正等菩提。于轮回中流转之时，亦将受持一切时处美妙，及其受用圆满，种姓圆满，生圆满，族圆满，形貌圆满，以及同类众生眷属圆满。于彼当如是说：无论于何处生，于一切生世中，若见则喜，能生喜乐，能作光明，具大威力，且成大富。也应宣说此等陀罗尼之秘密真言之根本。达地雅塔。阿克玛克萨曼塔穆克。索迪玉克德。尼如克德扎贝。萨玛约给。则达则达。阿克玛克。巴达内。比瓦德。萨曼塔古尼。萨雅拉美。玉克德扎玉克德。嘿利米利。玛萨列。阿纳列。匝美。阿则德。措则。阿拉黑。瓦户切。玛玉扎黑。黑玛瓦德。久德瓦德。达玛则德。卒达邦给阿比卡夏贝拉德克夏美。斯坎达比瓦克德。向一切佛与菩萨作礼。

One should also hold their names. One should pay homage. A kind son or daughter of a faithful family should, for ten days, recite the names of these twelve Bhagavan Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyak-sambuddhas, and confess all sinful faults. One should rejoice in all virtuous roots. One should exhort all Buddhas. One should entreat all Buddhas. One should dedicate all virtuous roots to the Dharmadhatu. However, all sins will be exhausted. All karmic obscurations will be purified. Thereafter, one will also obtain the perfection of the qualities of the Buddha-field, the perfection of fearlessness, the perfection of names, the perfection of the Bodhisattva Sangha, and the perfection of Dharani. One will also obtain the perfection of Samadhi. As desired, the Buddha-field will be completely pure and perfect, and one will quickly uphold the perfection of virtuous friends. One will not regress, nor will one completely regress from the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. When wandering in Samsara, one will also uphold beauty at all times and places, and the perfection of its enjoyment, the perfection of lineage, the perfection of birth, the perfection of clan, the perfection of form, and the perfection of the retinue of similar beings. To that, one should say: Wherever one is born, in all lifetimes, if seen, one is happy, one can create joy, one can make light, one has great power, and one becomes very rich.
