ས་པ་ལ་ཚེ་འཕོས་པ་ཡོད་པས་འདིས་མ་སྦྱིན་ཡང་ཚེ་འཕོས་ལ། བྱིན་པ་ཡང་ཚེ་འཕོས་པས་མཉེས་ན་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཚེ་འཕོས་ན་ཚེ་ཕྱི་མ་ལ་རེ་བ་ཡོད་པས། སྦྱིན་པ་བྱས་ནས་ཚེ་འཕོས་ཀྱང་བླའོ། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱང་དགའ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྦྱིན་པ་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོས་ནས། ཆུང་མ་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཏུ་སོང་སྟེ། དགེ་སློང་དེ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །བཙུན་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་མ་གཟིགས་ཤིག།བདག་སྦྱིན་པ་བགྱིའོ། །ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་གིས་ཁྱོད་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱེད་ན། མངོན་སུམ་དུ་ལག་གིས་བྱིན་ཅིག།སྦྱིན་པའི་ཚིགས་བཅད་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བསྒོའོ། །བུད་མེད་དེས་སྨྲས་པ། ལུས་ལ་རས་འདི་ལས་མེད་དེ། འགྲོ་ན་གོས་གཞན་མེད་དེ་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ལ་བཙོག་པ་དྲི་མ་མནམ་པོ་འདི་གཟིགས་པར་མི་འོས་ཀྱིས། ནང་ནས་འབུལ་ལོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། ནང་རོལ་ནས་རས་ཕུད་དེ་དགེ་སློང་དེ་ལ་ཕུལ་ལོ། །དགེ་སློང་དེས་སྦྱིན་པའི་ཚིགས་བཅད་བྱས་ནས། རས་དེ་ཐོགས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་གང་ན་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་དེ་ལ་བུད་མེད་ཀྱིས་ཕུལ་བའི་རས་དེ་འོན་ཅིག་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །དགེ་སློང་དེས་ཀྱང་རས་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕུལ་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཕྱག་གིས་བཞེས་སོ། །རས་རྙིང་ཞིང་དྲི་མས་གོས་པས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་འཁོར་རྣམས་རས་དྲི་མ་ཅན་ཕྱག་ཏུ་བཞེས་པ་ལ་འཕྱའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་མང་པོའི་བསམས་པ་ མཁྱེན་ནས། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ངས་བལྟས་ན་འཁོར་འདིའི་ནང་ན་སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་ནི་འདི་ལས་འདའ་བ་མེད་དོ། །ཞེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །འཁོར་མང་པོ་རྣམས་ངོ་མཚར་དུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བཙུན་མོ་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་སྟེ། ལུས་ལ་གྱོན་པའི་གོས་དང་། རྒྱན་རྣམས་ཕུད་པས་བུད་མེད་ལ་བསྐྱལ་ལོ། །རྒྱལ་པོས་ཀྱང་གོས་དང་རྒྱན་ཕུད་ནས་དེའི་ཁྱིམ་ཐབ་ལ་བསྐྱལ་ཏེ། ཁྱོ་ཤུག་གཉིས་འཁོར་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ཤོག་ཤིག་ཅེས་བསྒོའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསོད་སྐྱབས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་མང་པོ་ལ་ཆོས་བཤད་པས་ཕལ་ཆེར་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དེའི་ཚེ་དེའི་དུས་ན་བུད་མེད་དབུལ་མོ་དེ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་མ་དཀར་མོ་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་བསམ་པ་ཐག་པས་རས་བྱིན་པའི་དབང་གིས་བསྐལ་པ་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་གཅིག་གི་བར་གང་ནས་གང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་རྟག་ཏུ་རས་དང་བཅས་སུ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། དྲེལ་ཕོངས་མེད་ཅིང་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་འབྱོར་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་ལ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཐོས་ནས་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བར་སྨོ

因为死后有来世，即使不施舍也会死去。如果因为施舍也能死去而高兴，那么施舍后死去，对来世有希望。即使施舍后死去，也很好。你也像高兴一样施舍吧，这样吩咐后。妻子走到外面，对那位比丘这样说道：尊者请稍微不要看。我将施舍。这样说了之后，比丘说：你如果施舍，就当面用手施舍吧。我要说施舍的偈颂。那位女子说道：身上只有这块布，如果走动就没有其他衣服了，女人的身体肮脏有臭味，不适合观看。从里面供养吧，这样说了之后。从里面拿出布，供养了那位比丘。那位比丘说了施舍的偈颂后。拿着那块布，走到佛所在的地方，到达后。世尊对比丘说：把那个女人供养的布拿来。比丘也将那块布供养了佛。世尊用手接了过来。因为布又旧又有污垢，国王的眷属们嘲笑接了有污垢的布。世尊知道众多眷属的想法后，这样说道：我看在这个眷属中，没有比这更清净的施舍了。这样说道。众多眷属都感到惊讶。之后国王的王妃非常高兴。脱下身上穿的衣服和装饰品，送给了那位女子。国王也脱下衣服和装饰品，送给了她的家人。吩咐夫妻两人到眷属中来。佛陀善护为众多眷属说法，大多数都获得了解脱。世尊对阿难说：那时那个贫穷的女子就是现在的白衣比丘尼。那时因为以真诚的心施舍布的缘故，九十一劫之间，无论生在哪里，总是带着布出生。没有骡子的贫困，心想事成地富裕。在那位佛那里听闻正法后，祈愿获得解脱。

Because there is a next life after death, even if one does not give alms, one will die. If one is happy because giving alms also leads to death, then giving alms and dying brings hope for the next life. Even if one dies after giving alms, it is good. The woman said: I only have this cloth on my body, and if I move around, I have no other clothes. A woman's body is dirty and smelly, and it is not appropriate to look at it. I will offer it from inside, she said. She took out the cloth from inside and offered it to the monk. The monk recited the verses of giving. He took the cloth and went to where the Buddha was, and when he arrived. The Blessed One said to the monk: Bring the cloth that the woman offered. The monk also offered the cloth to the Buddha. The Blessed One accepted it with his hand. Because the cloth was old and stained, the king's entourage mocked him for accepting the stained cloth. The Blessed One, knowing the thoughts of the many in the entourage, said: In my view, there is no purer almsgiving than this in this entourage. He said. Many in the entourage were amazed. Then the king's consort was very happy. She took off the clothes and ornaments she was wearing and gave them to the woman. The king also took off his clothes and ornaments and gave them to her family. He ordered the couple to come into the entourage. Buddha Su Rakshita taught the Dharma to the many in the entourage, and most of them were liberated. The Blessed One said to Ananda: At that time, that poor woman was this white-robed Bhikkhuni. At that time, because of giving the cloth with a sincere heart, for ninety-one kalpas, wherever she was born, she was always born with cloth. There was no poverty of mules, and she became rich as she wished. After hearing the true Dharma from that Buddha, she prayed to be liberated.
