I rejoice in the supreme of those who have. I rejoice in the Lord, the Holy, the Excellent, the Supreme, the Unsurpassed, the Unequaled, the Highest of the High, the Incomparable, the Unequal and the Equal, the Unmatched, the Sky-like Pure and Completely Pure. Those who have truly understood all the Dharmas, who delight in the Dharma, who are certain in the Dharma, who generate all roots of virtue, who completely protect all beings, who completely accomplish and completely dedicate all qualities, and all the thousands of Dharma aggregates, meditations, liberations, samadhis, and all the samapattis, who have made vows, aspirations, and the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements, additions, latent tendencies, elements, and the knowledge of nature, have truly understood. Having understood, they also know that the minds of sentient beings are uneasy, and they pay attention with small worries, and those who do not teach the Dharma, I urge them to benefit many beings, to bring happiness to many beings, to have compassion for the world, for the sake of the many beings, to benefit gods and humans, and for the sake of happiness, I pray that they teach the Holy Dharma. I pray that they turn the Wheel of Dharma. I pray that they blow the Conch of Dharma from all directions. I pray that they beat the Drum of Dharma. I pray that they light the Lamp of Dharma. May all the merit, the object of doing good deeds, arising from generosity, faith, and rejoicing, as well as that arising from moral discipline and meditation, and even just the arising of a single moment of joy in one sentient being, may all of these be completely dedicated to all sentient beings. Through this root of virtue, may all the roots of virtue of all sentient beings be completely perfected. May they have long life, little harm, beautiful complexion, beautiful form, great splendor, great power, high lineage, great wealth, great wisdom, and may they find wealth, mantras, and medicine. May they meet virtuous friends, hear the sacred Dharma, properly apply their minds, practice Dharma in accordance with the Dharma, abandon attachment, hatred, and ignorance, afflictions, and near afflictions. May they be completely liberated from the hells of sentient beings, the birthplaces of animals, the realm of Yama, the evil destinies, the evil paths, and falling into wrong views. May they obtain all meditations, liberations, samadhis, and attainments. May they be completely liberated from physical and mental discomfort, and may they obtain all happiness and mental happiness. May they attain the supreme qualities of the Hearers, the supreme qualities of the Solitary Buddhas, the ten powers of the Thus-Gone Ones, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddhas, great love, great compassion, great joy, great equanimity, the destruction of habitual tendencies, the nature of not forgetting, omniscience, knowledge of all aspects, inexhaustible wisdom, inexhaustible intelligence, inexhaustible confidence, inexhaustible merit, the treasury of space, the jewel in hand, and may they obtain the unsurpassed wisdom of all-knowingness. By this root of virtue, from the fruit of merit of that dedication, may I realize unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and upon fully awakening as a Buddha, may I liberate those sentient beings who have not been liberated, may I free those who have not been freed, may I give comfort to those who have not been comforted, and may I lead to complete nirvana those who have not passed into nirvana. I shall become the foundation of a doctor and the ultimate place of happiness, thus twice, thrice. The dedication called "Accomplishing All Noble Aspirations" is complete.
