Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's monastery, together with a great Sangha of five hundred monks. And also many Bodhisattvas, such as: Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra Sound, Bodhisattva Mahasattva Invincible One, Supreme Speech, Boundless Intelligence, Immaculate Essence, Wisdom King, Limitless Host, Wisdom Light, Wisdom Lamp, Prajna Light, Given by Brahma, Bodhisattva Mahasattva Divine Crown, and all those other Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who are powerful and renowned were also together. Then, the Bhagavan addressed the venerable Shariputra: Shariputra, from this Buddha-field to the east, passing as many worlds as the sands of the Ganges River, there is a world called 'Banner Unconquerable by Others.' Shariputra, from this Buddha-field to the east, passing through world realms as numerous as the sands of five Ganges Rivers, there is a world realm called Assembly Free from Dust. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly complete Buddha named King of Infinite Qualities, Light, and Sovereignty still resides, lives, exists, and teaches the Dharma. Shariputra, from this Buddha-field to the east, passing through world realms as numerous as the sands of six Ganges Rivers, there is a world realm called Non-Deceptive. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly complete Buddha named Glorious Unobstructed Manifestation still resides, lives, exists, and teaches the Dharma. Shariputra, from this Buddha-field to the east, passing through world realms as numerous as the sands of seven Ganges Rivers, there is a world realm called Golden Assembly. There, the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly complete Buddha named He Who Travels by Completely Subduing the Jewel Lotus still resides, lives, exists, and teaches the Dharma. Shariputra, from this Buddha-field to the east, passing through world realms as numerous as the sands of eight Ganges Rivers, there is a world realm called Sweet Sound.
