་རྟག་ཏུ་བཞེས་ཤིག །ཇི་ལྟར་ན་དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བ། ཕུང་པོ་དང་། ཁམས་དང་། སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀྱིས་མ་ཟིན་པའི་ཆོས་བདག་མེད་པ་དང་མཉམ་པ། ཐོག་མ་ནས་མ་སྐྱེས་པ། སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་ལྟར་བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བས་ཀྱང་། དུས་འདི་ནས་ནམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ནི་ནམ་གཞར་ཡང་མི་སྟོར་ཞིང་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དམ་པ་དེ་དང་ནམ་ཡང་མི་འབྲལ་བར་ཤོག་ཤིག །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་དག་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བ་ལྟར། བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བས་ཀྱང་འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ་། །ནམ་འཆི་བར་ངེས་པའི་དུས་དེ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་ནས། ཕྱག་གཡས་པ་གསེར་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་ཅན་བརྐྱང་སྟེ། བདག་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ནས་ལུང་ནོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་ཉོན་མོངས་པས་སེམས་མི་འཁྲུལ་པར་ཆོས་བདག་མེད་པ་དང་འཐུན་པའི་འདུན་པ་ཅན་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཚད་མེད་པ་དང་ལྡན་བཞིན་དུ་འཆི་བའི་དུས་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག་ཤིག །མདོར་ན་ བག་ཆགས་མ་ལུས་ཀུན་བྱང་ནས། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བསྒྲལ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །བདག་ཉིད་མྱུར་དུ་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག །དཔང་སྐོང་ཕྱག་བརྒྱ་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།བོད་དུ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་འབྱུང་བའི་སྔ་ལྟས་སུ་ལྷ་ཐོ་ཐོ་རི་སྙན་ཤལ་གྱི་སྐུ་རིང་ལ་ཕོ་བྲང་ཡུམ་བུ་བླ་མཁར་དུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་བབས་མི་རབས་ལྔ་ན་འདིའི་དོན་ཤེས་པ་འོང་ཞེས་རྨི་ལམ་དུ་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏེ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབུ་བརྙེས་སོ།། །། དཔང་སྐོང་ཕྱག་བརྒྱ་པ།

请恒常受用。如何像三世的佛和，菩萨远离一切事物，不被蕴、界、处所束缚的法无我相同，从初始就未曾生起，以空性之自性发起菩提心一样，我名某某也，从此时起直至到达菩提之精要之间，发起菩提心。愿菩提心永不退失，且永不与殊胜善知识分离。如三世之佛对无上之福德随喜一样，我名某某也对世间和出世间的一切福德都随喜。当面临死亡的时刻，愿能亲眼见到所有佛和菩萨的尊容，伸出金色之右手，放在我的头顶加持。愿我亦不被烦恼迷惑，怀着与法无我相符的愿望，并具足无量菩提心而逝世。总而言之， 愿所有习气皆得清净，福德智慧二资粮圆满具足，为了救度一切众生，愿我迅速现证菩提。 《百手证盟》完毕。 在西藏圣法兴起的预兆中，拉托托日年赞在位期间，在雍布拉康（Yumbu Lakang）王宫，从天而降，梦中授记五代之后方知其义，从而开启了佛法的开端。 《百手证盟》。

Please always partake. How like the Buddhas of the three times and, Bodhisattvas who are free from all things, the Dharma that is not bound by the aggregates, elements, and sense bases is the same as selflessness, from the beginning it has not arisen, just as the mind of enlightenment is generated by the nature of emptiness, so too, I, named so-and-so, from this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, generate the mind of enlightenment. May the mind of enlightenment never be lost, and may I never be separated from the holy virtuous friend. Just as the Buddhas of the three times rejoice in the unsurpassed merit, so too, I, named so-and-so, rejoice in all the merits of the world and beyond. When the time of certain death comes, may I see the faces of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and may they extend their golden right hands and place them on my head to bless me. May I also not be deluded by afflictions, and may I pass away with a desire that is in accordance with the selflessness of Dharma, and with immeasurable Bodhicitta. In short, May all habitual tendencies be purified, may the two accumulations of merit and wisdom be perfectly complete, and for the sake of liberating all beings, may I quickly attain perfect enlightenment. The Hundred-Hand Witnessing is complete. As a precursor to the rise of the holy Dharma in Tibet, during the reign of Lha Thothori Nyantsen, it descended from the sky at Yumbu Lakang Palace, and it was prophesied in a dream that its meaning would be known five generations later, thus initiating the beginning of the Dharma.
