调伏，自在，神通，度等迅速圆满。又，薄伽梵大悲者，请垂念我。我名唤此者，于轮回中流转，为大系缚所缚，处于牢狱，远离正道，为烦恼之敌所制，无怙，无救，无眼，无依，无主，无导，误入歧途，耽著轮回，背离大涅槃，趋向恶趣，依止恶道，堕入恶道，恒常为恶友所摄，远离善知识，于正与不正，利与无利，有义与无义皆愚昧，远离善法，造作大恶，恒常背离诸佛菩萨及圣者，为生老病死之苦所逼，造作极大不乐，无有怖畏，无有惭愧，心恒常散乱，远离布施，持戒，寂静，禅定，修习，谨慎。远离总持，三摩地之门，安住十地之法忍，远离甚深般若波罗蜜多及平等性。不修慈，悲，喜，舍四无量心，不具菩萨殊胜戒律，远离无染著，无碍之大智慧，未得安住于修习涅槃之因善法，远离神变，力，无畏，不住于正念，不成就行持及趋入于无忘失之法性，于行善懈怠，为邪见及犹豫之障所覆，不能现证菩提七支，如是 不修习八支圣道，百千烦恼

May gentleness, power, clairvoyance, transcendence, and so on, be quickly and completely perfected. Furthermore, Bhagavan, those endowed with great compassion, please consider me. I, who am called by this name, wander in the cycle of existence, bound by great bonds, dwelling in prisons, separated from the true path, under the power of the enemy of afflictions, without protector, without refuge, without eyes, without support, without lord, without guide, having gone astray, indulging in samsara, turning my back on the great nirvana, heading towards the lower realms, relying on evil paths, having fallen into evil paths, constantly seized by bad friends and separated from virtuous friends, being ignorant of what is right and what is not right, what is beneficial and what is not beneficial, what is meaningful and what is meaningless, separated from virtuous Dharma and having accumulated great non-virtue, constantly turning my back on the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble ones, afflicted by the suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death, and having accumulated great unhappiness, without fear, without shame, with a mind constantly distracted, separated from generosity, discipline, peace, solitude, practice, and mindfulness. Far removed from the gates of dharani and samadhi, from dwelling in the peace of the Dharma-patience of the ten bhumis, and from the profound Prajnaparamita and equality. Not cultivating the four immeasurables of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, not possessing the superior discipline of a Bodhisattva, far removed from the great wisdom of non-attachment and non-obstruction, not having attained the peace of dwelling in the virtuous Dharma that is the cause of nirvana, separated from miraculous powers, strength, and fearlessness, not abiding in right mindfulness, and not succeeding in engaging in and entering the nature of non-forgetfulness, being lazy in doing good deeds, and with the obscuration of arrogant views and doubt, not realizing the seven limbs of enlightenment, likewise, not cultivating the eightfold noble path, hundreds of thousands of afflictions

Being overwhelmed by the immeasurable, tormented and completely devastated by various sufferings, constantly angry with anxiety and constantly distracted. To the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas who abide in great compassion, who are constantly immersed in hundreds of thousands of afflictions, I pray that you be my protectors, I pray that you be my refuge, I pray that you be my guides. May I quickly perfect the unsurpassed, perfectly complete Buddha path, the great Bodhisattva path, and all the great Bodhisattva sanghas. Furthermore, may I be endowed with all perfect merit.
