Venerable, is there a case where a monk uses the property, dust, or food of the Sangha without permission and yet there is no fault? Upali, there is. How so? If a householder offers or distributes dust or food that has not been used with permission to the Sangha. In short, Ananda and the individual, and thus prostration and suitability, the last one residing in summer, One-third reduction is also the same, to householders and so on, giving the precepts is the last.
