That teacher (referring to the previous teacher) and the translator Rinchen Zangpo translated, revised, and finalized it. @##. In Sanskrit: Śrī Heruka Bhaṭṭāraka Prasādhanopāyika Paṇḍikī Nāma. In Tibetan: Called "A Brief Collection of the Practice Method of the Noble Heruka." Homage to the glorious Vajra Dakini! First, get up from bed, wash your face, etc., put five nectar pills in your mouth, and recite Āli and Kāli three times. Sit comfortably on a soft cushion, keep your body straight, look at the tip of your nose, gently touch the hairline between your upper and lower teeth, and remain as steady as a mountain. Then, generate the pride of the deities of the five aggregates, and for the benefit of oneself and others, meditate on the form of the Bhagavan, which will be explained below. First, recite: Om Surbhani Surbha Hum Hum Phat, Om Grihna Grihna Hum Hum Phat, Om Grihnapaya Grihnapaya Hum Hum Phat, Om Anaya Ho Bhagavan Vidya Raja Hum Hum Phat, Om Gha Gha Ghataya Ghataya Sarva Dustam Phat, Om Kilaya Kilaya Sarva Papam Phat, Hum Hum Hum, Vajra Kilaya, Vajra Dhara Ajna Payati Kaya Vak Cittam Vajram Hum Phat, Om Vajra Mudgara Vajra Kila Kotaya Hum Phat, and snap your fingers in the ten directions with these and other mantras. Then, in the sky of your heart, visualize a lotus of various colors arising from the yellow seed syllable Pam, and a white moon arising from the seed syllable Om, on which are the overlapping sun and moon arising from Āli and Kāli. In the center of the overlapping sun and moon, visualize a black Hum syllable, and with its rays, make offerings to the Guru and Buddhas, confess sins, etc. In front, visualize three seed syllables, white Om, blue Hum, and red Ah, as many times as you can. Visualize the central seed syllable transforming into a vajra, and on the tip of the vajra's central prong, visualize the syllable Hum. With the rays of these three syllables, purify the realms of sentient beings, and then gather them back into their respective seed syllables. Then, Om dissolves into Ah, Ah dissolves into the tip of the vajra, the tip dissolves into the vajra, the vajra dissolves into U, U dissolves into Ha, and Ha dissolves into the head.

The head is the moon. The moon is the bindu. The bindu is sound. Sound is just sound. Thus, gradually gather and enter the subtle realm, purifying the vessel world. Instantly, in the subtle realm, in the center of Āli, in the center of Kāli, the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) is completely transformed, and one should visualize oneself as the form of Heruka. The Bhagavan has four faces, three eyes, a black body, and twelve hands. The right side is in an extended posture, with feet trampling on Great Terror and the Night of Time. The two hands embracing Vajravarahi hold a vajra and a bell. The two hands above hold an elephant skin. The third right hand holds a damaru, the fourth holds a battle-axe, the fifth holds a curved knife, and the sixth raises a trident. The third left hand holds a khatvanga marked with a vajra, the fourth holds a skull cup filled with blood, the fifth holds a vajra lasso, and the sixth holds the head of Brahma. He has a matted hair crown, adorned with a crescent moon and various vajras. His face changes, and his fangs are bared. He possesses graceful and other postures. The left face is yellow, the west is like a red lotus, and the right is like an emerald. He wears a tiger skin loincloth and a garland of human heads strung on intestines. He has a necklace, armlets, earrings, and his crown is adorned with jewels. For the sake of offering, he holds a skull cup and ashes. The six seals are very famous. The six perfections are completely pure, and they are sealed with the six seals. In front of him is the Bhagavati Vajravarahi. She has a red body, one face, and two hands. She has three eyes and loose hair. She is naked and has a girdle adorned with bone ornaments. The two embracing hands hold a vessel filled with the blood of poisoners and demons, etc. The right hand holds a curved knife marked with a vajra, making a threatening gesture towards the poisoners of all directions. She is as terrifying as the fire of the kalpa. She delights in blood and drips with blood. The two feet are intertwined, and she is the embodiment of great bliss and compassion. Dakinis and Lamas, severed-birth mothers and embodied mothers. Bestowing all siddhis, they reside on the petals of the directions. Black, yellow, red, and green. One face and four hands. The left hands hold a skull cup and a khatvanga, and the right hands hold a damaru.
