Having the utterance "Dharmāḥ atyanta anupraviṣṭa sarvadharmā hūṃ" as a preliminary, visualize the letter hūṃ on the moon and sun as completely transformed, and place the vessel of nectar in the palm of the hand that has made the vajra mudra, or meditate on it. Then, recite this meaning of ownership: The goddess is the measure, the samaya is the measure, and her words are also the supreme measure. By this truth, may these goddesses become the cause for me to be followed. Then, by seeing the object of offering, the offerer, and the offerings as inseparable, rotate the vessel of nectar counterclockwise from the east, and rotate the directions clockwise starting from the fire direction. Visualize the deity of the three wheels as a white vajra tongue arising from hūṃ. Then recite: Oṃ kara kara, kuru kuru, bandha bandha, tāsaya trāsaya, kṣobhaya kṣobhaya, hrrauṃ hrrauṃ, hraḥ hraḥ pheṃ pheṃ, phaṭ phaṭ, daha daha, paca paca, bhakṣa bhakṣa, basa rudhira antra mālā, avalaṃbine, gṛhṇa gṛhṇa sapta pātāla gata bhujaṃga, sarpaṃ vāta rjaya ta rjaya, ākaḍḍhya ākaḍḍhya, hrīṃ hrīṃ jñauṃ jñauṃ, kṣmāṃ kṣmāṃ, hāṃ hāṃ hīṃ hīṃ, hūṃ hūṃ, kili kili, sili sili, hili hili, dhili dhili, hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā. By reciting this once, it is offered. To the Bhagavan with wisdom, the ḍākinīs, and the crow-faced ones, circumambulate as appropriate, and recite: Oṃ vajra aralli hoḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ vajra ḍākinī samaya stvaṃ dṛśya hoḥ. By reciting this once, twice, three times, four times, or five times, it is offered. Then, offer foot-washing water, a hand towel, and tambula, etc. By the lute players, etc.: Bhava shama sama saṃga, bhaga saṃkalpa bhagāḥ khamiva sa kala bhavaṃ, bhāvatobi vikṣamāṇāḥ guratarā kuruṇāmbhaḥ sphidza tatita mbunā thā. Kuru kuru ta de byo ma yayati bānu kaṃpā. After offering, praise should be done, to obtain the desired siddhi: Knowing saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as equal, all existence and peace are equal, etc. Destroying the waves of conceptualization. In that very moment, all things are seen as like the sky, the lotus of the heart is very heavy, and is nourished by the water of compassion. The goddesses to me
