། སྟོབས་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་འཕེལ་བ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་དང་། མི་དང་། མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། སྲིན་པོ་དང་། མ་རུངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་གཙེ་ཞིང་གནོད་ པར་བྱད་མི་ནུས་པ་དང་།གཞན་ལ་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཚད་མེད་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་གང་ཞིག་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་ལ་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱེད་འདོད་ན་ཁ་ཟས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་སྣོད་གཅིག་གི་ནང་དུ་བཀང་སྟེ། གཟུངས་སྔགས་འདི་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ་འབབ་ཆུ་གཙང་མར་ གཏོར་ན།དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་ལྷ་རྫས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཟས་མཆོག་དམ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེས་ན་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། དྲང་སྲོང་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་པའི་ཟས་ཐོབ་ནས། སྔགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་སོ་སོ་ནས་སྔོན་ཆད་ཅི་དང་ཅི་ལ་དགའ་ཞིང་མོས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་ ཡོངས་སུ་འགྱུར་བས།སོ་སོ་ནས་མཐུན་པར་དུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་དེ་ལ་ཚེ་རིང་བ་དང་། མདངས་དང་སྟོབས་སུ་ལྡན་ཏེ་བདེ་སྐྱིད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་སོ། །གཞན་ཡང་མི་དེ་སེམས་བསམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མཐོང་བ་དང་། ཐོས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཡོངས་ སུ་དག་ཅིང་།ཤེས་པ་མི་ནོར་བ་དག་ཚངས་པ་ལྷའི་སྤྱོད་པ་མཆོག་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་གཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྙེད་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། ཕས་ ཀྱི་རྒོལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་གནོད་པ་བྱེད་མི་ནུས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།གལ་ཏེ་དགེ་སློང་ཕ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་མ་དང་། དགེ་བསྙེན་ནམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་མ་གང་ཞིག་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། ཆོས་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་པར་འདོད་ན། སྤོས་དང་། མེ་ ཏོག་དང་།ཞལ་ཟས་དམ་པ་ལ་གཟུངས་སྔགས་འདི་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བཟླས་ཏེ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཕོ་དང་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་དེས་ཕུལ་བའི་ཞལ་ཟས་དེ་ལྷ་རྫས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཟས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་།ཆོས་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེས་ན་བསྟོད་པ་དང་། གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པ་དང་། རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། རྟག་ཏུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བསྔགས་ཤིང་ དགོངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།ལྷ་མང་པོས་རྟག་ཏུ་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱོབ་པ་དང་། སྦྱིན་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཡང་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འདིའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཆོས་བཞིན་ཡིད་ལ་བྱས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་ཞིང་ཐོས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྒྱས་ ་པར་སྟོན་ཅིག་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཚད་མེད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།་།ཁ་ནས་མེ་འབར་བ་ལ་སྐྱབས་མཛད་པའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་།

能生力量且增长，善根得以圆满，所有的人和非人，夜叉和罗刹，以及所有凶暴者都不能加害和损害，并且会具有对他人的无量光荣。如果有人想要布施给婆罗门和修行者，就将完全清净的食物装满在一个容器中，念诵此陀罗尼咒七遍，然后洒在干净的流水中。这样做了之后，它就变成了神圣的甘露妙食。因此，那些婆罗门和修行者，也因获得咒语加持的食物，凭借咒语的加持，各自先前喜欢和乐于何种善根福德，都将得以圆满。各自和谐地同时祈愿他长寿、容光焕发、充满力量，变得幸福安乐。此外，那个人通过如其所愿地见到和听到，完全清净，知识不谬误，具有梵天之神的殊胜行为，并且得以圆满。此外，如同供养了恒河沙数般的无数如来世尊所获得的福德一样，一切外道都不能够加害。如果比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞或者优婆夷想要供养佛、法、僧三宝，就对香、花和殊胜的食物念诵此陀罗尼咒二十一遍，然后供养三宝。之后，善男子和善女子所供养的食物就变成了神圣的甘露妙食，如同在十方世界的佛、法、僧三宝处作了供养一般。因此，将具有赞叹、祈祷和随喜的福德，并且恒常受到如来世尊的赞叹和忆念。众多的天神恒常守护和救护，布施的波罗蜜多也将得以圆满。阿难，你应当如法地忆持此法，使一切众生都能见到和听到。

It generates and increases strength, perfects the roots of virtue, and all humans and non-humans, yakshas and rakshasas, and all fierce beings cannot harm or injure, and one will possess immeasurable glory to others. If someone wishes to give alms to Brahmins and ascetics, they should fill a container with completely pure food, recite this dharani mantra seven times, and then sprinkle it into clean flowing water. By doing so, it becomes the supreme and sacred divine nectar food. Therefore, those Brahmins and ascetics, having obtained food blessed by the mantra, through the blessing of the mantra, whatever roots of virtue and merit they previously enjoyed and were fond of, will be completely fulfilled. May they each harmoniously and simultaneously pray for him to have longevity, radiance, and strength, and become happy and peaceful. Furthermore, that person, through seeing and hearing as desired, becomes completely pure, with unerring knowledge, possesses the supreme conduct of Brahma gods, and becomes perfect. Moreover, it is like the merit obtained from making offerings to as many Tathagatas as there are hundreds of thousands of myriads of kotis of grains of sand in the Ganges River, and all external adversaries will not be able to harm. If a bhikshu, bhikshuni, upasaka, or upasika wishes to make offerings to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, they should recite this dharani mantra twenty-one times over incense, flowers, and excellent food, and then offer it to the Three Jewels. Then, the food offered by that son or daughter of good family becomes divine nectar food, and it is as if offerings have been made to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha in the ten directions of the world. Therefore, one will possess the merit of praise, supplication, and rejoicing, and will always be praised and remembered by the Tathagata Bhagavan. Many gods will always protect and guard, and the paramita of generosity will also be perfected. Ananda, you should remember this Dharma according to the Dharma, so that all sentient beings may see and hear it.
