བ་ཏུ་འབར་ལ་ཀུན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མགོ་གཤགས་ས་རེ། ངས་རལ་པ་སེར་པོ་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ལྷའི་ལོ་སྟོང་གི་བར་དུ ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་བཅོམ་པ་དང་།གཏུབས་པ་དང་། བརྡུངས་པ་དང་། གཟིར་བ་དང་། སྐམས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དྲན་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་།ངའི་མཐུ་དང་། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དང་། ཕ་རོལ་གནོན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དྲན་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་།གང་འདི་གསང་ སྔགས་འཛིན་ཅིང་འདོན་པ་དང་།བསྒྲུབ་པ་དང་། དེས་སྲུང་བ་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ལ་གླགས་མ་ཚོལ་ཅིག་།ཏིལ་སྤྲུས་པའམ། ཟས་ངན་པ་ཟ་ཡང་རུང་། གྲོང་གི་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ། རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་གླགས་མ་ཚོལ་ཅིག་།ཟན་ཟ་བའི་ཚེ་ཡང་ ཁམ་དང་པོ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ།།ཉི་མ་འཆར་བའི་ཚེ་ལན་བདུན་བརྗོད་ན་དེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་རྟག་ཏུ་འབྲང་ངོ་། །ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་ཀྱང་གླགས་མི་ཚོལ་ལོ། །ཏིལ་དང་། སྲན་ཆུང་དང་། འབྲས་དང་། པེན་ཙེ་ཡང་རུང་། སྣུམ་ མཁུར་བར་པ་ཏ་དང་།ལ་ཕུག་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ། ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཟར་ཟིན་ཀྱང་ངའི་གསང་སྔགས་འཛིན་ན་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཡོན་ཏན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །འཕགས་པ་བདུད་རྩི་ཐབ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ ་རྫོགས་།་

巴度巴尔，以普遍炽燃之火劈开你的头颅！我以黄色发髻者们的秘密咒语，在天神千年之间，摧毁、砍断、击打、折磨、使之干枯的那些邪恶鬼怪，要记住啊！记住我的力量、精进和强大的降伏他者之力！对于那些持有、念诵、修持和以此守护秘密咒语的人，不要寻找机会！无论是掺杂芝麻，还是吃难吃的食物，还是村庄的宗教行为，都不要寻找机会去修持一切明智！吃糌粑的时候，也要先用咒语加持第一口，然后供养。太阳升起的时候，念诵七遍，就总是跟随它。邪恶鬼怪们也无法寻找机会。无论是芝麻、小豆、稻米还是扁豆，无论是油炸的巴达还是萝卜，即使全部吃完，如果持有我的秘密咒语，那么所有这些都会成就。此外，要知道有无量的功德。圣妙甘露和合之精华完毕。

Batu Bar, may the all-pervading blazing fire split your head! I, with the secret mantras of those with yellow hair, for a thousand years of the gods, remember those evil spirits that were destroyed, cut, struck, tormented, and dried up! Remember my power, diligence, and great power to subdue others! Do not seek opportunities for those who hold, recite, practice, and protect with this secret mantra! Whether it is mixed with sesame seeds, or eating bad food, or the religious practices of the village, do not seek opportunities to practice all wisdom! When eating tsampa, first consecrate the first bite with a mantra and then offer it. When the sun rises, if you recite it seven times, you will always follow it. Evil spirits will also not be able to seek opportunities. Whether it is sesame seeds, small beans, rice, or lentils, whether it is fried bada or radish, even if you eat them all, if you hold my secret mantra, then all of these will be accomplished. Furthermore, know that there are immeasurable merits. The essence of the noble and wonderful nectar combination is complete.
