If one is unable to practice retreat due to the power of distraction, (ཇ), then there is a profound notebook of daily practice and clear realization. If one is unable to practice retreat due to the power of distraction, (ཇ), then there is a profound notebook of daily practice and clear realization. From the single lineage of oral instructions for mountain Dharma retreat, the notebook of instructions for the continuous practice based on the clear realization of the five deities of Arya Vasudhara White, is clearly present. It is extremely important not to show or explain it to those who are not vessels. Namo Padma Krodha Arya Jambhalaya. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) In the actual instructions: First, relying on the clear realization of daily practice; Second, outer practice; Third, inner practice; Fourth, secret practice; Fifth, combined practice; Sixth, great activity practice; Seventh, scattered activity practice. First, for those who are unable to practice retreat, as a daily practice, this daily practice is the heart essence of all the lineage masters, simple and easy. Refuge, bodhicitta, etc., are sufficient with today's own root deity's text. In general, at the beginning of all practices, bodhicitta should be generated, that is, I will attain perfect Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. To attain that, the perfection of generosity must be perfected. To perfect that, enjoyment is necessary. Therefore, in the past, Buddhas such as Shakyamuni Buddha, first relied on the accomplishment of practicing Jambhala, and obtained the first bhumi with great generosity. As stated in the Jataka of the Charitable King, after practicing here, offering to the Three Jewels upwards, giving alms downwards, and in between, practicing for the favorable conditions for one's own enlightenment, it is extremely important to generate such bodhicitta. Among them, if the daily practice deity is Avalokiteshvara, because it is an emanation, it is easy to encourage, so it is good. Even if you practice other deities, it will be a little slow. This Dharma belongs to the Anuttarayoga Tantra, so it is possible to generate self-generation and other-generation at the same time with one clear realization, or you can generate them separately. For the sake of speed, both self and other generations are generated at the same time like the clear realization of the five deities of White Jambhala. Among them, the clear realization is: Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Starting from "precious jewels of various kinds," recite until "pacify the suffering of poverty of sentient beings," and recite the hundred-syllable mantra. After that, both self and other

In the heart of Padmasambhava, on a lunar seat, is the seed syllable ཛཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: जं, Romanized Sanskrit: jaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Tibetan seed syllable). In the hearts of the four wheels are the four syllables Ha Ri Ni Sa. Then, visualize the mantra garland in the heart of the Father deity, like a string of pearls, rotating to the right. In the hearts of the four Mothers, around their respective seed syllables, their respective mantras begin with ཨོ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, literal Chinese meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) and end with ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) and ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Tibetan seed syllable), rotating to the left. Visualize the immeasurable rays of light from the respective body colors of the Dakinis shining forth, and from all Buddha-fields, Potala, the Copper-Colored Mountain, Oddiyana, and so on, invite countless deities identical to oneself, and visualize them dissolving into oneself and the front. This is both invoking the wisdom beings and bestowing empowerment. Then, focus on the mantra wheel in the heart of the self-generation deity, and recite as much as possible, engaging in the approach practice. Then, visualize from one's own heart, first rays of five-colored light, and then transformed into a mantra garland, entering the mouth of the main deity in front from one's own mouth, dissolving into the mantra garland in the heart. Due to the stimulation of compassion, the mantra garland rotates faster and more intensely than before. Visualize the essence of blessings and accomplishments—the light radiating from the mantra garland, coming upwards from the navel, entering from one's own navel, and dissolving into the mantra garland in the heart, engaging in recitation practice. This is both a way of offering outwards and a way of obtaining accomplishments inwards. When the mantra garland rotates in between, light radiates from it in ten directions, increasing the life, merit, splendor, wealth, auspiciousness, happiness, power of gods, nagas, and human kings of samsara and nirvana, and from the faces and jewel-holding mongoose of the five wealth deities in front, jewels and various desired objects rain down like rain, thereby obtaining all desired accomplishments. This is what Padmasambhava said. Note: The essence of all wealth deities and worldly protectors, fortune, and all accomplishments are gathered in the form of light and dissolved into the mantra garland. Offering outwards makes them happy, and their body color becomes complete and radiant. When returning inwards, dissolving into the mantra garland, dissolving into one's own heart, thereby obtaining all accomplishments of life and merit. Therefore, recitation is activity. For these three, one can recite a thousand times or a hundred times, or even divide a mala into three sections to recite, as one wishes. There is no time limit for this; one can recite whenever one wants. This is the solitary recitation of the main longevity deity's mantra.
