做朵玛供养和朵玛献供。闭关结束时，做各种火供。修法成就后，观想镜子里的空行母融入虚空的空行母们。然后用镜子颅器里的酒清洗并饮用。镜子里的玛吉空行母们，融入前生空行五尊，前生玛吉空行母连同五部空行，化光融入自己的心间。然后做吉祥回向和发愿：非人母，智慧空行母，拉吉准玛，愿您吉祥！以此善根愿我迅速，成就拉吉准玛之后，所有众生一个也不遗留，将他们安置于她的境界。然后出关后，秘密行持七天：自己是忿怒母天女，身色黑。头顶是释迦牟尼佛和三宝。喉咙是殊胜上师印度身相。心间是本尊空行五部，脐间是事业空行绿色光明。自己是空行拉吉准玛真身，因此，外在没有羞愧、畏惧、恐怖。内在没有贪嗔、苦乐、八法。怨亲无别，平等视为父母。神鬼无别，平等视为分别念。净秽无别，平等视为甘露。乐苦无别，平等视为自心。今生来世无别，何时死都是成佛。自心无生，就是玛吉拉吉准玛。不加修饰安住此状态就是法身。证悟法身自性，我无比欢喜。所有显现都是无实空性，例如梦境和幻觉没有差别。这样说着，敲击手鼓，跳舞。跳跃、表演、唱歌等，做疯狂的行为。赤身裸体，食物不分净与不净都吃。口中唱诵各种歌曲和呼喊。内心不散乱地观照。这样做了之后，身语意三受到空行母的加持，身体无论做什么都不会出错，生起快乐，口语具有力量。心中生起乐空之觉受。玛吉曾说过：我没有来去，观想我、祈祷我，念诵十三字咒语，三世诸佛连同佛子们，以及法界大母我以及智慧空行

Make Torma offerings and Torma dedications. At the end of the retreat, perform various fire offerings. After accomplishing the practice, visualize the dakinis in the mirror dissolving into the dakinis of the sky. Then, wash the mirror skull cup with alcohol and drink it. May the single dakinis in the mirror, dissolve into the five front-generated dakinis. May the front-generated single dakini, together with the five classes of dakinis, dissolve into light and into my own heart. Then, make auspicious dedications and aspirations: Non-human mother, wisdom dakini, Labkyi Dronma, may you be auspicious! Through this virtue, may I quickly, attain Labkyi Dronma, and without leaving a single sentient being, may I place them in her realm. Then, after the retreat, engage in secret conduct for seven days: Oneself is the wrathful goddess, black in color. On the crown of the head is Shakyamuni Buddha and the Three Jewels. In the throat is the noble guru, the Indian form. In the heart are the five classes of yidam dakinis, and in the navel is the green light of the karma dakini. Since I am the actual dakini Labdrön, outwardly there is no shame, shyness, or fear. Inwardly there is no attachment, hatred, pleasure, pain, or the eight worldly concerns. Without distinguishing between enemies and friends, equally regard them as parents. Without distinguishing between gods and demons, equally regard them as conceptual thoughts. Without distinguishing between clean and unclean, equally regard them as nectar. Without distinguishing between happiness and suffering, equally regard them as one's own mind. Without distinguishing between this life and the next, whenever I die, I am a Buddha. One's own mind is unborn, it is Machig Labdrön. Leaving this unaltered is the Dharmakaya. Having found the Dharmakaya within myself, I am so happy. All these appearances are empty and without truth, like dreams and illusions without difference. Saying this, play the damaru and dance. Jumping, acting, running, and so on, engage in the conduct of a madman. Go naked and eat food without distinguishing between clean and unclean. Utter various songs and cries. Inwardly, watch one's own mind without distraction. By doing so, the three doors of body, speech, and mind are blessed by the dakinis, and no harm will come to the body no matter what is done. Happiness arises and speech is endowed with power. A feeling of bliss and emptiness arises in the mind. Machig herself said: I have no coming or going, meditating on me, praying to me, and reciting the thirteen syllables, the Buddhas of the three times together with their sons, and the great mother of the sphere, myself, and the wisdom dakinis.

Ah, assembly of heroes! If so, there will be no blessing. The two kinds of siddhis will not be granted. Whatever is thought and desired will not arise. Thus it is said. This is a concise note on the Chöd guidance, the single-seat practice method, compiled by Karma Araga. Whatever faults or transgressions there may be in this, I confess to the assembly of Machig Dakinis.
