于其间，玛吉降魔忿怒黑母者，为调伏暴恶故，化为天铁罪神。赤黑之身如须弥山，毛发如各种兵器般纷乱。右角自有顶击落（世界），左角自地下深处扬起，八足践踏四方魔众，怒目圆睁令天魔惊恐，恶臭之气熏得作祟者昏厥，如天地般的口中燃起劫火，如雪山般的獠牙吞噬身魔，舌如闪电飞舞，吼声如千龙轰鸣，劫火燃烧，金刚火花四射。一切智慧忿怒尊之威力，集于一身之业力恶魔，赞颂汝为断命厉鬼邪魔者。超越教令之作祟魔鬼，一切皆如灰尘般消灭，令神识融入不可思议之大空性母胎中，祈愿瑜伽士所托付之事业得以成就。帕 帕！如是赞颂并猛厉观想，自身化为忿怒黑母，将身魔作祟者显现投于罪神口中，观想其吞噬。取起替身，对于病人 进行断除和损害的，男魔鬼、凶鬼、厉鬼，女魔鬼、妖女、恶鬼，龙魔鬼、土地神、精灵，病魔、痨病鬼，身魔及其后盾，疾病及其主人，一切魔及其引导者。投入天铁罪神炽燃之口中。享用吧！帕 帕 帕！如是将替身投入火中，敲击手鼓，吹奏腿骨号。再次投掷血肉碎块，并念诵： 吽。身魔、病魔、痨病鬼等，投入天铁罪神之口中。享用吧，享用吧，卡让 卡嘿！ 将神识引入法界中。帕！ 如是投掷血肉碎块，直至一百零八遍。之后，将病人或守护对象的意识转移：帕！ 病人和守护对象的心间，意识，寿命，福德，风息，心识一切聚合之体性，如芥子般大小的光点，自中脉径直而出，融入虚空玛吉之心间。帕 帕 帕！ 病人和守护对象

Eight legs crush the hordes of demons in all directions, Wide-open eyes make gods and demons faint. The foul stench of wickedness intoxicates the harm-doers, From the mouth like heaven and earth, the fire of destruction blazes. Teeth like snow mountains devour body demons, The tongue flashes like lightning, the roar thunders like a thousand dragons. The fire of destruction blazes, vajra sparks scatter. All the power and might of the wisdom wrathful one, Gathered into one karmic evil demon, I praise you, the executioner of oath-breakers and elemental spirits. Harmful demons and obstacles that transgress the command, May all be destroyed like dust particles, May consciousness be absorbed into the inconceivable womb of the great mother, May the entrusted activities of the yogi be accomplished. Taking the substitute in hand, For the sick person, Cutting and harming, Male demons, gyal 'gong, oath-breakers, Female demons, 'dre mo, bsen mo, Naga demons, the'u rang, elemental spirits, Disease demons, consumption spirits, Body demons with their support, Diseases with their owners, All kinds of demons with their guides. Cast them into the mouth of the blazing sky-iron sinner. Take it! PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! Thus throwing the substitute into the fire, beating the hand drum, blowing the leg-bone trumpet.
