Āḥ Hūṃ, bless with your grace! PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! From the heart of my own Vajravarahi emanates, The mother dakini with a red-colored body. Her heads are those of vultures, garudas, crows, and owls, And she has the faces of pigs, dogs, wolves, tigers. Her hands hold skull cups, countless in number. From the ocean of nectar, she draws forth, In the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, To the ocean of father lamas and accomplished ones, She offers the feast of body, flesh, and blood. Purify the obscurations and restore the broken vows of the human master, Bless the mind to realize the Dharmakaya. PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! In the vast celestial path of Great Bliss, The glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara, the blood drinker of great bliss, And the assembly of deities of the four lineages of the Kagyu, To the heroes and dakinis of the twenty-four lands, She offers the feast of body, flesh, and blood. Complete the accumulations and purify the sins and obscurations of the human master, Grant the supreme and common siddhis in this life. PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! From the charnel ground where clouds gather, The protector Mahakala, the great powerful one, With a retinue of a thousand black ones and a hundred thousand flesh-eaters, A billion Matris and a million Yakshas, To all the gods and demons of the command, appearance, and existence, With body, flesh, and blood, body-bound spirits and diseases, I offer this to your faces, enjoy it with delight! The nature of the three poisons, flesh, blood, and bones, Completely consume them, kharaṃ khāhi! Pacify the outer and inner obstacles, Grant the siddhi of a healthy and blissful body. PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ! All the deities dissolve into light and merge into me, Obtain all the empowerments, blessings, and siddhis. My own Vajravarahi vanishes like a rainbow in the sky, In reality, the unborn Dharmakaya, the mother of the victorious ones, Form and color unestablished, it is emptiness itself. It is beyond speech and thought, Like a mute person eating molasses. This mind has no meditation or focus, Like a corpse in a charnel ground. There is no object that is "this" or "not this." Like the clear and cloudless sky, Ordinary awareness is the Great Seal. The essence of the hearts of the father Kagyu lamas, If one repeatedly remembers and clarifies it, It is called "practice and protection." With this rare and precious illusory body, Through the merit of offering the wheel of accumulations, May I have a long and healthy life in this life, And may my mind seize the throne of the Dharmakaya! This was written by me, Lama Asya, while in retreat, At a time long ago when many people came for divination, if one meditates in this way, even those destined to die can extend their lives by ten years.

Although a dream-like prophecy about longevity through the three syllables appeared in a dream, dreams are unreliable. However, there is a wordless, oral transmission of the practice of the four-armed Avalokiteśvara Tsog offering ritual composed by Drung Khachoepa, which has been continuously transmitted to my teacher, and it seems to have the same meaning as this (dream). Therefore, I wrote down the root words of the memorandum. Originally, I intended to write the recitation part when the auspicious coincidence occurred, but I didn't write it, and a long time passed. Later, when Anu Tsomedrak Lu, from the lineage of Khachoepa, was suffering from a long illness, she handed me a piece of paper and said, "Please write a prayer for me." Thinking that the auspicious coincidence had occurred, I rewrote the recitation part into verses. Whoever visualizes my root guru as Vajradhara, inseparable from Khachoepa, takes refuge, and offers body, speech, and mind, and finally receives empowerment, thus completing the Guru Yoga. Whether practicing for oneself or others, it is the best method for eliminating diseases and demonic obstacles. If you cannot remember the words, contemplating the meaning is also acceptable. If you like, you can make the sound of "ཕཊ(藏文,梵文:फट्,phaṭ,destroying)" in all the gaps. You can also make the sound from deep in your throat. This was written on the second day of the waxing moon of the Revati month in the Dragon year (uncertain, possibly referring to a specific Dragon year). Auspicious! Sarva Mangalam! Arranging the prayer of the dream prophecy into verses that are easy to recite.
