Collection of Songs. Namo Gurave! Refuge, Victors of the ten directions, etc. Collection of Songs. Namo Gurave! Refuge, Victors of the ten directions, etc. Namo Gurave! Although there are many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions as refuge, the root guru is the embodiment of all the Three Jewels. Although there are many teachings, the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma, the essence of all Dharma is the six-syllable mantra. Although there are eight thousand trillion ways to accumulate merit and purify obscurations, the easiest and most beneficial are prostrations and circumambulations. Although profound instructions and authentic lineages are like stars, devotion and supplication are the essence of profound Dharma. Although there are hundreds more explanations of Mahamudra than hundreds of teachings, the essence is the nature of one's own mind, clear, naked, and bare. The way to cultivate practice is like a ripe ear of barley; without distraction, constantly guarding one's own nature is the true meaning of practice. So-called abiding, abiding, is the abiding of non-remembrance. So-called moving, moving, is the non-remembrance and much remembrance, the non-distraction and much distraction. So-called ignorance, ignorance, is one's own mind, one's own ignorance. So-called not seeing the mind, not seeing the mind, is that the nature of the mind is not established in any way. So-called great meditator, great meditator, is that this meditation has no object. So-called view, view, is one's own mind, one's own view. So-called conduct, conduct, is diligently doing good and abandoning evil. So-called fruit, fruit, is that one's own mind gains stability and attains Buddhahood. Thus spoke Karma Ara Ga, heavy. Namo Guru! Having obtained the precious human body, do not utter sounds of sorrow. Because death is uncertain, strive for virtue without regret. In order to obtain a human body in the next life, keep vows and observe retreats. Because it is the deity of Tibetans, constantly recite the six-syllable mantra. Because it is the root of meditation, look at the mind with the mind. If there is nothing to see, rest in that nature. If non-remembrance and much remembrance are disturbing, look at the nature of remembrance. If remembrance vanishes after looking, rest in that nature. If resting does not stay and runs away,

Look and see where you are going! When the time of death comes, from the moment the outer breath ceases, clear emptiness will arise. At that time, recognize it! At all times and in all circumstances, may you constantly pray to be easily reborn in Sukhavati, which is of great benefit! This was written by Ra Ga Asya on the morning of the tenth at the urging of Drak Gon.

The official Karma Tseten, who is full of faith, said: Regarding the introduction to the six bardos of dharmata, it was said before that more was needed. Now we patrons and devotees are in the state of birth, dwelling, and bardo. Now, let me introduce this a little. All sentient beings in the six realms were our parents in many past lives. If you don't know this, you will have enemies and hatred, and kill birds, wild animals, and young animals for food. This is the biggest illusion of the bardo. Meditate on loving-kindness and compassion, son of good family! Because you don't know that you go alone, you are very attached to relatives, children, and friends. But this is impermanent, and you go separately without control. Even the best of friends has no power to take you away. Generate sadness, son of good family! If you don't understand that wealth is impermanent and illusory, you will be bound by stinginess because you don't know contentment with wealth, and you will steal and rob the wealth of others. When you die, you will go empty-handed. You won't even be able to take a needle and thread. Now stop accumulating unnecessarily, son of good family! From beginningless samsara, the enemy that throws us into the prison of the lower realms is the one who does not fear non-virtuous deeds and sins. This is the biggest illusion of the bardo. Thinking that defeating the enemy is a sinful act, so confess and purify this enemy. In this life, the next life, and the bardo, the relatives and friends who give you happiness are definitely those who practice the ten virtuous deeds. So do your best to provide for and protect these relatives and friends. In general, this endless wandering in samsara should not be taken as an external enemy or obstacle, but as a manifestation of the delusion of your own mind. Cut off the root of your mind, son of good family! If you don't recognize your own mind, even if you are proficient in the sutras, vinaya, and shastras, it is just empty talk. Look at your own mind, son of good family! When you look at your mind, there is no shape or color. That is emptiness, son of good family! That emptiness is not a dull emptiness, but the mind is self-aware, self-luminous, and clear. That is luminosity, son of good family! The mind does not exist in any existence or non-existence, that is Madhyamaka, son of good family! If you understand this, it is the best of all that is knowable. That is Prajnaparamita, son of good family! Look at the natural face of the mind without modification, that is Mahamudra, son of good family! In fact, there is nothing incomplete there. That is Dzogchen, son of good family! If you cultivate it, you will pacify the suffering of samsara. That is the pacifying Dharma, son of good family! Mind
