若具三者金刚持，以此谛实力，莫受霍恩之怖畏。三十部主及天龙八部众，护法坚母及藏地诸居士，若不违背莲师之誓言，以此谛实力，霍恩疾病及损害皆退散。四圣众及世间守护神，所有具谛实力之神力，所护之财畜，莫受霍恩之侵扰。财畜无损且增盛。达地雅塔，班杂，扎热雅，阿瓦，波达那耶，梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱཐཱ་པཉྩ་དྲི་ཡ་ཨ་བ་བྷོ་དྷ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा पञ्च द्रि या अ वा बोधना ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā pañca dri ya a va bodhanā ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是，五，智慧，觉悟，梭哈。）此乃睡前以谛实力祈愿，夜间梦中金刚手菩萨对诸佛言：请赐予一切如意成就之窍诀。您等祈愿定能成就，如是天籁之音响起。故依此缘起而书写。阿惹嘎。顶礼圣救度母。安住普陀速疾眼，二十一度母作祈请，速疾伸掌祈加持。我及于我相关诸，猛烈瘟疫之侵扰，祈请遣除。南方佛土中，如意轮观世音，与百千俱胝菩萨众，如闪电般速降临，我及于我相关诸，瘟疫侵扰速遣除。自铜色吉祥山，具大威力邬金莲师，莲师师徒持明海，祈请垂念祈垂视。我及于我相关诸，疾病瘟疫非时死，祈请当下即遣除。自玛拉雅青海边，吉祥天母及眷属，祈请忆念昔日誓。您等供赞 持明咒，誓言速疾瘟疫及，时疫灾难祈遣除。尤其具明树叶者，尸陀林中食肉母，我等持诵您明咒，时疫灾难祈当下，我以祈请谛实力，六种神通金刚眼，您具慧眼及慧耳故，祈赐予所求之果。此乃为弟子策努嘉措等，于瘟疫大盛之时，由惹嘎阿夏所造。愿一切吉祥！吉祥光耀照世间

If you are indeed the Vajra Holder with the Three Qualities, by the power of this truth, may there be freedom from the fear of Hon! Thirty chiefs, gods, demons, and the eight classes of beings, Gur Lha Tamma and all the Tibetan devotees, if you do not transgress the oath of Guru Padmasambhava, by the power of this truth, may the harm of Hon diseases be averted! The Four Noble Ones and the protectors of the world, as many as possess the power of truth, may the wealth and livestock to be protected not be affected by Hon! May the wealth and livestock be free from loss and increase! Tadyatha, pancha driya, ava bodhanaye svaha. In a dream that night, Vajrapani asked all the Buddhas for the secret instruction to accomplish all wishes. You will receive and accomplish the prayer, they said, and a sound like the lineage of the sky resounded. Based on this, I wrote it after making auspicious connections in the evening. Arak. Homage to Arya Tara! Swift-eyed one residing in Potala, to the twenty-one Taras, I pray, swiftly extending your hand. Myself and all those connected to me, may the harm of severe epidemics be averted. From the southern Buddhafield, Avalokiteshvara, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, together with hundreds of thousands of kotis of Bodhisattvas, swiftly come here like lightning, myself and all those connected to me, may the harm of epidemics be swiftly averted. From the supreme place of the Copper-Colored Mountain, the powerful and wondrous Guru of Oddiyana, to the Guru, retinue, and ocean of Vidyadharas, I pray, look upon us with compassion. Myself and all those connected to me, the causes of untimely death from disease and epidemics, I pray that they be averted right now. From the shore of the blue Mule Lake, to the glorious goddess and her retinue, I pray, awaken your commitment. Since you are offered knowledge mantras, may the oath, promise, epidemics, and the causes of pestilence be averted. Especially the one with the knowledge of tree leaves, the flesh-eater dwelling in the charnel ground, I hold your knowledge mantra, may the causes of pestilence be averted right now. By the power of the truth of my prayer, with the six clairvoyances and the vajra's, eye and ear, since you possess them, may the fruit of the meaning be accomplished. This was composed by Raga Asya for his disciples Tsondu Gyatso and others, during the time of great harm from epidemics. Sarva Mangalam! May auspicious glory blaze in the world.
