Sa. Thus, after the distribution, the enemy god's prestige is high. Werma's fame as a hero is renowned. The person's character is as white as a conch shell. The god's face is as clear as the moon. The enemy god is satisfied. The Buddha's teachings flourish. All beings are placed in happiness. Wishes are fulfilled as desired. May victory be achieved, may the gods prevail! Thus it is said, in the Yakru (གཡག་རུ་) category of enemy rituals, this great distribution to the enemy god is a great celebration of auspicious interdependence. For the sake of auspicious interdependence for all gods and humans in Tibet, for the suppression of war, thieves, and the three kinds of evil spirits, and for making vows, debating scriptures, and performing magic, interdependence is crucial for all fierce activities. Without distribution, the enemy god will be ashamed. With distribution, the enemy god will be pleased. This is definitely the most important. The condensed meaning of the enemy rituals in the heart of Lekden (ལེགས་ལྡན་) who subdues enemies, and the great worldly enemy subduing rituals, etc., is compiled as "Raga Asya (རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ་)." On the precious golden ground, plow vigorously with a great iron hammer. Sow the seeds of blue barley. May jade-green virtuous fruits be born. Cut off the root of samsara with a sickle. Strike and raise it in great virtue. Measure it with great wisdom. Erect an unchanging stove. Kindle the fire of great compassion. After pouring immeasurable nectar water, boil it in a precious white copper pot. Spread it on the raised white silk. Add the yeast of the five wisdoms. Ferment it in the warmth of skillful means and wisdom. Filter it from the lineage of the Bodhi ladder. Drinking it eliminates the three poisons and diseases. It is the wine that pleases the Dharma protectors. It is the brave wine of the war god Werma. It is the auspicious wine that protects Tibet. It is the skill wine that destroys enemy forces. It is the power wine that subdues enemies and obstacles. It is the strength wine that suppresses demons and spirits. This brave wine rich in grain essence, poured into a clean white porcelain bowl, mixed with the milk of a white lion. Except for warriors like you, ordinary people cannot drink it. Warriors, please enjoy this wine and praise the merits of the three realms of gods, humans, and the intermediate state. May the power of the Dharma protectors be as high as the sky, benefiting all beings and propagating the Dharma! Thus, offering wine. Taking the tsampa, pray: Wonderful! With the wonderful merits of the past, using the essence of tsampa, decorate the white snow mountain with ghee and cream. This is a supreme food with a hundred flavors, placed in a clean and precious vessel. This is the food of the gods with a hundred flavors, the food of all gods and humans. Enjoy this tsampa full of joy and attain two kinds of achievements. With this warrior's food - white tsampa, offering to the war god, one can defeat enemies. Werma enjoys it, one can subdue the harmer. People enjoy it, one can fulfill all wishes. With this supreme food with a hundred flavors, it can satisfy hunger and quench thirst, make the body healthy, and the mind clear, it is a supreme food with power. I, the yogi, offer this to you, the generals who subdue enemies, may my fame spread far and wide, may all enemies be completely subdued, may all wishes be fulfilled, may auspiciousness be complete!
