Grasp precious grains and wealth with an iron hook, bind them with a rope, and contemplate and recite until they fill your dwelling and place to the point of being unable to contain them. Then, as the session break approaches, from the heart of the visualized deity in front of you, rays of light emanate, and all the wisdom deities filling the sky, all males become red Jambhala, and all females become Tara Kurukulle. Imagine that all the worldly gods and sentient beings, all males become wealth-vomiting males, and all females become wealth-vomiting females. From your own heart, red rays of light emanate and strike the offered torma. The torma container is a precious vessel as vast as the sky, and the torma is a great ocean of wisdom nectar filled with a hundred flavors. From its vapor, countless offering goddesses hold immeasurable offerings and offer them individually to those guests. Contemplate that on the tongues of all those guests, there is a ray of light hair marked with a vajra, piercing the nectar and drawing it up to enjoy, making them all very pleased. Recite the practice manual torma feast. Then, all those guests gather back like breathing on a mirror, or like all the light gathering into the sun at sunset. All appearing as deities, the visualized deity in front merges into them. In this way, by making vast offerings to all Buddhas and sentient beings, Jambhala is pleased. From Jambhala's three faces, two treasure-vomiting mongooses, and the faces of two treasure-vomiting females, a total of seven faces, emerge inexhaustible treasures such as gold, silver, turquoise, pearls, coral, etc. Contemplate that your home and all places are filled and sparkling, and recite the mantra a hundred times. During that session break, because it is Jambhala's commitment, when offering the torma, you must also offer water without interruption every morning from before sunrise until sunrise. Like this, this torma practice should be done for no less than seven days, doing as much as you can. Then, at the end, visualize the torma in front of you, the red Jambhala deity, actually appearing, and from the three places (forehead, throat, heart), five rays of white, red, blue, yellow, and green light emanate. They merge into your own forehead, throat, heart, navel, and secret place, and contemplate that you have obtained all five empowerments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity, and at the end of the root mantra, add: kāya siddhi oṃ (Sanskrit: काय सिद्धिः ओṃ, meaning: body accomplishment oṃ), vāk siddhi āḥ (Sanskrit: वाक् सिद्धिः आः, meaning: speech accomplishment āḥ), citta siddhi hūṃ (Sanskrit: चित्त सिद्धिः हूँ, meaning: mind accomplishment hūṃ), sarva si

Dhi Swa! Karma Siddhi Swa! Recite these, touching the torma to the five places of your body, and receive blessings. Then, visualize the deity of the torma appearing in the sky, rising up and abiding. Recite the complete torma ritual once, and dedicate the torma. Vajra Muh)" to the end of the root mantra, and recite it three times. The visualized deity in front dissolves into light and merges into your heart. You also dissolve from the outside in, merging into the Jam (藏文:ཛཾ་,梵文天城体:जं,梵文罗马拟音:jam,汉语字面意思:Jam) in your heart. The Jam (藏文:ཛཾ་,梵文天城体:जं,梵文罗马拟音:jam,汉语字面意思:Jam) also dissolves into emptiness, and rest for a moment in the nature of your own mind. Then, perform dedication and auspicious prayers. Eat a little of the torma yourself, and do not give it to outsiders. This practice benefits all beings because the materials for practice are simple. This torma practice has particularly great enjoyment. Written by Ra Ga A Syas for the sake of quickly benefiting wisdom, and also for the prosperity of the lives of those who trust me. If there are any faults or transgressions, I confess to the deities. Increase, Do, Ho)! Compiled and published by the Ancient Book Restoration Room of Nangchen (Nangchen, established as a county around 1269 AD, now belonging to Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai) Angang Craft Culture Exoteric and Esoteric Dharma Flourishing Continent. This is the text of the torma practice and its oral instructions, a written record based on the inner practice torma of the red Jam
