A record based on the Torma practice and its oral instructions, relying on the inner practice Torma of Red Jambhala. A record based on the Torma practice and its oral instructions, relying on the inner practice Torma of Red Jambhala. (ཇ) The record based on the Torma practice and its oral instructions, relying on the inner practice Torma of Red Jambhala, is complete. In Sanskrit: Arya Jambhala Sadhana Nama. In Tibetan: The practice method of the Noble Jambhala. Homage to the Noble Jambhala. Then, in a copper plate, place tsampa, alcohol, meat, butter, molasses, and all kinds of food, as well as grains such as barley. If not available, use whatever food you eat, bless it with Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:), and visualize it as abundant and vast, possessing the complete qualities of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. At the end of the root mantra, add Balimta Khahi Khahi, and offer it seven or five times. Through the offering, with the vajra-tongued one, be pleased by partaking, and contemplate the attainment of wealth. Offer the offerings three times and praise with praises. Vajra Mus gather into your own heart. Enjoy the Torma yourself. Through relying on the Torma, the practice is completed. For this instruction, you can use colored powder or a painted thangka, and draw an eight-petaled lotus, or if not available, pile up barley into an eight-petaled lotus, and place the Jambhala deity's Torma on top, decorated with various foods. If available, erect a chakra and a red silk umbrella. It is okay even if not available. That is the support for generating the deity, and except for the initial invocation, later there is no need to invoke again. In front of it, the offering Torma, similar to that one, should be regularly nourished. Around those two, arrange the seven offerings. Regularly offer the key and pills. If possible, do one tsog offering each day. That is, in the morning, forenoon, noon, afternoon, dusk, and bedtime, for six sessions, or for three days including the night, for four sessions, perform the Torma offering and recitation of the ritual text. Do one tsog offering in the evening. Visualize all eating and drinking as the tsog wheel. During the breaks between sessions, do whatever unbroken commitments you desire. At that time, the usual visualization sequence is: with one ritual text, generate yourself as Red Jambhala, and at the same time generate the front support Torma as Red Jambhala. During the invocation, invite countless wisdom beings and merge them into yourself and the front.

Merge into the two. In the hearts of both, also generate the consort together. Visualize many offering goddesses emanating from your own heart, making offerings and praises to both yourself and the front generation. It is sufficient to recite all the offering praises of the action ritual once. Then, in the hearts of both yourself and the front generation is the consort. In her heart, on top of a lotus, moon, and sun, from the mantra rotating to the right at the end of (Tibetan: ཛཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: जं, Sanskrit Romanization: jaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable ཛཾ) and (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ), light radiates. From Janglochan, Jabala and male and female Norgyuk, from the cave of Kurukulle in the western country of Oddiyana, the father and mother deities, including the goddess Rigjyema, come like a blizzard, in various sizes, and dissolve into the respective bodies of yourself and the front generation. Meditating and reciting in this way is the approach. From the heart of the self-generation, the mantra garland rotates, and from it, the mantra garland radiates. Coming out of the consort's mouth, passing through the father's mouth, like a coral rosary, it enters the mouth of the front-generation father. From the consort's mouth, it dissolves into the mantra garland in the heart, rotating intensely, stimulating the heart commitment lineage. From that, the mantra garland radiates, coming out of the consort's bhaga, coming back from the father's vajra aperture. Entering from your own vajra aperture, entering from the consort's bhaga in the heart, it dissolves into the mantra garland in the heart. In this way, the red lili rotates continuously. When radiating outwards, visualize it as the form of offering; when coming back inwards, visualize it as the form of accomplishment. When radiating between yourself and the front generation, from that, red light radiates in ten directions, transforming into a great cloud of various offerings, offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. For all sentient beings, it transforms into whatever enjoyment they desire, becoming a vast generosity. When the light mantra garland comes back between yourself and the front generation, from that, red light radiates in ten directions. Gathering the accomplishments of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the life and merit of the three realms of gods, demons, and humans, it dissolves into the mantra garland, and the mantra garland dissolves into itself. By obtaining those accomplishments, visualize the increase of life and merit, and reciting, is the accomplishment. Then, without visualizing the mantra garland between yourself and the front generation, red light radiates from yourself, striking the front generation, and from the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable ཧཱུྃ) in its heart, countless red goddesses emanate, holding an iron hook in the right hand and a rope in the left hand,
