ལ་ཀ་ཡི་ཨུ་པ་དེ་ཤ་རུ། །ཡང་ཡང་གདམས་པས་སྙིང་གི་ནོར་བུ་འདི། །སྣོད་དང་ལྡན་ལས་གཞན་གྱིས་ལྟ་ཅི་ཞིག །རང་ཕྱོགས་འཆོས་པའི་བྱ་བ་གྱི་ན་མོས། །ཟབ་དོན་ཡང་དག་རྒྱུ་བའི་ལམ་བཞིན་བསླད། །བཅོས་མེད་ཁྲེལ་བའི་གནས་ནས་ངོམས་ལགས་ན། །སྐྱེ་འགྲོའི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དགུན་དུ་བན་བུན་གྱུར། །དེ་ཕྱིར་མན་ངག་ཟབ་མོའི་ལས་ཚན་རྣམས། །མི་འདོར་མུན་རུམ་གློག་འགྱུ་སྲིད་པ་ན། །ཚང་ཕྱིར་ཐེམ་གྱིས་བཏབ་འདི་དམ་ལྡན་ལས། །གཞན་ལ་མི་སྤེལ་ཟབ་དོན་གསང་བའི་རྒྱ། །དེ་སྐད་གནས་མདོའི་རྗེས་འཇུག་ཐ་ཤལ་པ། །ཨོ་རྒྱན་བསམ་གཏན་གླིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་སྦྱར། །ཉེས་འགལ་མཆིས་ན་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་ལ་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་ཆོས་འདི་མི་ནུབ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས། །བསྟན་དང་འགྲོ་བའི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དགུང་ལ་རེག །ཕན་བདེའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཡུན་དུ་ཁྱབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ༧ ཁམས་སྟོད་ནང་ཆེན་འབང་སྒང་བཟོ་རིག་གནས་མདོ་གསང་སྔགས་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གླིང་དཔེ་རྙིང་ཉམས་གསོ་ཁང་གིས་བསྒྲིགས་ཏེ་པར་བསྐྲུན་ཞུས། གྲྭ་པ་མངོན་ཤེས་ཅན་གྱི་གཏེར་མ་ཛཾ་དམར་སྐོར་གྱི་ཐེམ་ཡིག་ནོར་བུའི་ཕྲེང་བ།

在拉卡的教诲中， 再三劝诫，这心中的珍宝， 除了具器者，其他人怎能得见？ 以自我粉饰的行为， 如同玷污了甚深正道。 若从毫无羞愧之处炫耀， 众生的安乐便如冬日般凋零。 因此，甚深口诀的修持部分， 当黑暗中闪电般存在时不舍弃， 为保全，以封印封锁，除了具誓者， 不传于他人，甚深密义的封印。 如是，由末流的圣地引导者， 名为邬金三丹林者所著。 若有错谬，向护法众忏悔。 愿此善业使佛法不衰，兴盛广大， 教法与众生的安乐触及天空， 愿利益安乐的果实永远普及！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！） 第七世，康区上部囊谦（Nangchen）昂冈（Banggang）工艺文化显密法增林古籍修复室整理出版。 具神通僧人的伏藏，关于绛红（Jamar）的封印函，珍宝之鬘。

In the teachings of Laka, Repeatedly advised, this jewel of the heart, How can others see it except for those who are vessels? With actions that adorn oneself, It is like defiling the profound and correct path. If boasting from a place of no shame, The happiness of beings will wither like winter. Therefore, the practice parts of the profound oral instructions, When lightning flashes in the darkness, do not abandon them, To preserve them, seal them with a seal, except for those who have vows, Do not transmit them to others, the seal of profound secret meaning. Thus, written by the lowest of the holy land guides, Named Orgyen Samten Ling. If there are mistakes, I confess to the assembly of protectors. May this virtue cause the Dharma not to decline, but to flourish and expand, May the happiness of the teachings and beings reach the sky, May the fruit of benefit and happiness spread forever!
