Killing is offered as ransom for the body, stealing is offered as repayment for wealth, offered as ransom for not being sick, offered as ransom for not dying. From the five classes of great mother ḍākinīs, up to Mā Yams, bTsan Ma, etc., possessing the adornments of the body ransom red torma, offer it to the mothers and ḍākinīs of existence. Killing is offered as ransom for the body, stealing is offered as repayment for wealth, offered as ransom for not being sick, offered as ransom for not dying. Offer it to the gods and demons of phenomenal existence, may the mothers and ḍākinīs be pleased by the torma! May the gods and demons be pleased by the ransom! May karmic debts be repaid! May the desires of the six realms be satisfied! Today, for the patrons who provide resources, do not cause harm or opposition in these house entrances and roads! Release what is held, untie what is bound, loosen what is tied up, vomit what is eaten, uncover what is covered, lift up what is pressed down. To you, the owners of karmic debts, now offer a better ransom than a human, now offer better feathers than a bird. This one named so-and-so, now offer the ransom for illness, now offer the ransom for the body, now offer the ransom for the five senses, now offer the ransom for the eight consciousnesses, now offer the ransom for the twelve sources (skye mched), now offer the ransom for the eighteen elements (khams). Take this better ransom than a human, and from now on do not cause harm, please possess peaceful bodhicitta. Hūṃ! By the blessing of samādhi, completely liberate with mantra and mudrā, offer and offer with pure intention, may I not err in offering, may you not be confused in receiving. There is nothing more precious than gold, there is nothing more valuable than chang (Tibetan beer), offer the precious ransom as an ornament of Jambudvīpa.
