二十一位大成就者，请加持我等听闻佛法。 请守护此聚集的众人。从达仓桑杰桑珠处，咕噜多吉卓洛，请消除此聚集众人的障碍。从翠玉庄严的净土中，一百零八度母，请消除此聚集众人的障碍。从东方清净的七净土中，八位善逝药师佛，请消除此聚集众人的疾病。从印度现喜的寂静处，身穿树叶衣裳的天女，请消除此聚集众人的疾病。从持舟山的山腰处，圣度母如意轮，请消除此聚集众人的疾病。从吉米香的殊胜处，菩萨地藏王，请使草木茂盛。从须弥山的北方，大天女吉祥天母，请使草木茂盛。从大权金色的土地上，土地女神坚牢地母，请使草木茂盛。 啊！在此聚集的众人心中所想的是什么呢？我想的是我何时死去，何时死去。 这些食物衣物耗尽的方式，人生耗尽而死，似乎是必然的。当听到“父死子死”的时候，自己也觉得好像会那样。听到富人死去的时候，担心医药和仪轨也无济于事。听到勇士死去的时候，担心被军队杀死也无法避免。当看到尸骨暴露的时候，想到自己也会变成那样。当那样的时刻到来的时候，除了殊胜的佛法之外，无论什么也帮不上忙。这殊胜的六字真言，想到那时一定会有帮助。向上供养，向下布施，无论做什么，想到那时都会成为路上的资粮。今天聚集的这些人们，一百年后一个也不会剩下。想到这里，眼泪就流了下来。今天聚集的这些美女们，六十年后也会变得像饿鬼一样。想到这里，就感到厌倦。出生终将死亡，积攒终将耗尽，因为没有什么有意义，所以要做有意义的殊胜佛法。阿江布说的不是玩笑话。就像夏天众多的昆虫一样，得到人身非常困难。现在要从身体里获取精华。请承诺，独坐一处，禁语。向旁边的牲畜看去，觉得它们很难说话和理解。现在要从语言中获取精华。

From the pure land adorned with turquoise leaves, one hundred and eight Taras, please eliminate the obstacles of this assembled crowd. From the seven pure lands of the east, the eight Sugata Medicine Buddhas, please eliminate the diseases of this assembled crowd. From the solitary place of Manifest Joy in India, the goddess with clothing of tree leaves, please eliminate the diseases of this assembled crowd. From the waist of Mount Holder of the Boat, the noble Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, please eliminate the diseases of this assembled crowd. From the supreme place of Gimi Shang, the Bodhisattva Kshitigarbha, please make the grass and plants flourish. When I hear that a rich person has died, I worry that medicine and rituals will be of no use. When I hear that a warrior has died, I worry that being killed by an army cannot be avoided. When I see exposed bones, I think that I will become like that too. When such a time comes, other than the supreme Dharma, nothing can help. This supreme six-syllable mantra, I think that it will definitely help at that time. Whether offering upwards or giving downwards, whatever I do, I think that it will become provisions for the road at that time. These people gathered here today, in a hundred years, not one will remain. Thinking of this, tears fall. These beautiful women gathered here today, in sixty years, will become like hungry ghosts. Thinking of this, I feel weary. Birth will eventually lead to death, accumulation will eventually be exhausted, because nothing is meaningful, so practice the meaningful supreme Dharma. Akya Bu is not joking. Like the many insects in summer, obtaining a human body is very difficult. Now, take the essence from the body. Please promise to sit alone in one place and keep silent. Looking at the animals beside me, I feel that it is difficult for them to speak and understand. Now, take the essence from speech.
