我是施主。忏悔所造的罪业。忏悔所忏之事物，造作之事物，清净与不清净，有无怨恨，总而言之，内外一切器情世间，都认为是自性空性。所有这些，本体是心，心之本体远离戏论边。安住于此状态。如此这般，每天做四座。如此行持，则心生安乐，对佛法生起信心。梦中飞行，沐浴，身穿白衣，从身体里呕吐出恶物，梦见众生，这是罪障清净的征兆，献上美好的酬谢供养。之后，无论得到什么食物或财物，都分成四份。一份供养上师三宝，二份供养护法神，三份布施给六道众生，第四份自己享用。这样能利益施主，自己不遭受罪障和惩罚，不生起护法神的嗔恨，而且作为酬谢，以后无论做什么事业，仅仅是祈请就能成办。这是从黑袍金刚护法四臂六臂四面像等，以及所有护法神的共同事业仪轨等，众多教言和窍诀中提取的精华，由噶玛阿Ra嘎所著。唉呀！如今五浊恶世之时，对于佛陀的教法和持教大德，没有怨恨的施主非常稀少。大多数施主都是破戒和违背誓言之人。有些施主是应该诛杀的十种对境。因此，如果没有这个窍诀，进行守护反而会堕入深渊。进行猛烈的事业，反而会使施主破产。进行遣除，反而会破坏佛法。如果护法神发怒，会迅速降下惩罚。因此，这个窍诀比黄金还珍贵。这是所有人都不了解的特殊之处，保密！阿底峡（梵文：Atīśa）。吉祥！由康区上部囊谦（囊谦县，位于青海省玉树藏族自治州）昂冈工巧文化密法增上洲古籍修复室整理出版。 消除怨恨，汇集一切要义。

I am the patron. I confess the misdeeds to be confessed. Confessing the objects to be confessed, the things to be created, whether pure or impure, whether there is enmity or not, in short, all the outer and inner worlds, all are considered to be of emptiness in nature. All of these, the essence is mind, the essence of mind is free from the extremes of elaboration. Abide in this state. In this way, do four sessions every day. By doing so, one will have peace of mind and faith in the Dharma. If you dream of flying, bathing, wearing white clothes, vomiting evil from the body, and seeing sentient beings, it is a sign that the obscurations have been purified, and offer a good thanksgiving offering. Then, whatever food or wealth is obtained, divide it into four parts. One part is offered to the Lama and the Three Jewels, two parts are offered to the Dharma protectors, three parts are given to the six realms of beings, and the fourth part is enjoyed by oneself. This will benefit the patron, and one will not suffer from obscurations and punishments, and the Dharma protectors will not be angered. Moreover, as a thanksgiving, whatever activities one does later will be accomplished simply by requesting. This is extracted from the essence of many instructions and key points, such as the black-cloaked Vajrakilaya with four arms, six arms, and four faces, and the common activity rituals of all Dharma protectors, and was written by Karma A-ra-ga. Alas! In this degenerate age of the five hundred, patrons without enmity are very rare towards the Buddha's teachings and the holders of the teachings. Most patrons are those who have broken their vows and violated their commitments. Some patrons are the ten objects that should be killed. Therefore, if you do not have this key instruction, protecting will cause you to fall into the abyss. Performing fierce activities will cause the patron to go bankrupt. Performing reversal will destroy the Dharma. If the Dharma protectors become angry, they will quickly inflict punishment. Therefore, this key instruction is more precious than gold. This is a special feature that everyone does not know, Samaya! Atīśa. Mangalam!
