In the pure place of the eye veins, at the chakra of the wisdom wheel, I pray to the assembly of Dakinis, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! The deity who brings the blind together with eyes, I pray to the twenty-one Taras, with compassion, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! In the pure place of the eye element, Vajra Sprout, Father and Mother, I pray with compassion, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! In the pure place of the eye wind element, Great Mother Kouri Ma, I pray with compassion, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! In the pure place of the nature of the eye, the Rakshasi with the head of a yak, without transgressing the command of the Great Glorious One, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! In the pure place of the eye consciousness, Protector of the Dharma, King of Demons, you, without transgressing the command and the oath, pacify the demonic obstacles of eye diseases! In the pure place of the eye consciousness, the Rakshasi with the head of a dog, according to the command of the Blood-Drinking King, protect and heal the eyes. May all sentient beings of the six realms, whatever sins and obscurations they have accumulated through their eyes, ripen upon me, and may all beings attain the five eyes! May all the diseases and demonic obstacles that harm the eyes of all sentient beings, dissolve into my eyes and disappear, may the eyes of beings be happy and auspicious! By the power of this truth, may the senses of my eyes, be able to benefit extensively! The supreme Lama of the Sugata's teachings, in relying on the vast and impartial, may there be no obstacles of dimness, and may the darkness of ignorance be cleared away! With the nine of empowerment, transmission, guidance, and oral instructions, in guiding the worthy ones to the path of liberation, may there be no obstacles of blindness, and may the Dharma lineage greatly increase! Relying on the far-reaching water lamp, when realizing the wisdom view, may there be no obstacles of eye diseases, and may the realization of the three kayas be manifested! Inseparably from the Medicine Buddha, the glorious Lama Yidam deity, by the power of the truth of the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors, may these aspirations be quickly fulfilled! This was written because my own eyes were uncomfortable and had not healed for about three months, despite all efforts to diagnose and treat with medicine.
