天法意伏藏之药师病者加持纸牌。 天法意伏藏之药师病者加持纸牌。 天法意伏藏之药师病者加持纸牌安住。 如同天法意藏为主的药师食子灌顶共同仪轨。以天法总规润色的灌顶修法。在实际灌顶之初，必须配合病者加持纸牌。因此，学员们沐浴后聚集于室内。啊！为了救护与虚空等同的一切有情众生，脱离因果之病、痛苦和令人恐惧的损害，并将他们安置于全知药师琉璃光王佛的果位。为此，领受甚深加持食子灌顶，修持成办二利之法。 生起如是之意，并清晰观想。请勿散乱，仔细聆听。首先，为了息灭疾病和邪魔，修持病者加持纸牌仪轨。请按如下方式观想。如《月灯经》所说：“何人作意佛，彼前如来住。”因此，在您们如常人般安住的面前，我们世尊药师八佛、十六菩萨、梵天、帝释天、四大天王、十二药叉大将等，如太阳和光芒般安住的跟前。您们的身语意三门所遭受的损害和伤害，所有病魔鬼怪等都以听命、静候吩咐的姿态安住。为了赎回这位病患，将三千世界人天福报，无量无边的供养，加持成为赎金。并以债务和宿怨的方式给予病者的病主们。愿所有病主欢喜满足，偿还债务，清净宿怨，远离仇恨。从今以后，发誓不再加害。在此结尾处，将学员或病人的食物残渣，加入人粪、畜粪等，以及灯草、路灯等一同置于器皿中。将纸牌用水浸湿，以阿弥陀（藏文，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露）加持，以 स्वाभाव （藏文，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性）净化。珍宝器皿中，赎命朵玛和人天福报，如同虚空宝藏。愿化为甘露。

Like the common Torma Empowerment of the Medicine Buddha, which mainly focuses on the Sky Dharma Mind Treasure. The empowerment practice is adorned with the general procedures of the Sky Dharma. At the beginning of the actual empowerment, the Blessing Paper for the Sick must be applied. Therefore, the students gather inside after bathing. Ah! To protect all sentient beings who are equal to the sky from the suffering and terrifying harm of the diseases of cause and effect, and to establish them in the state of the all-knowing Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light. For this purpose, receive the profound blessing of the Torma Empowerment, and practice the method of accomplishing the two benefits. Generate such intention and visualize clearly. Please listen attentively without distraction. First, to pacify diseases and evil spirits, perform the ritual of the Blessing Paper for the Sick. Please visualize as follows. As stated in the "Moon Lamp Sutra": "Whoever contemplates the Buddha, the Thus-Gone One resides before them." Therefore, in front of you, who are abiding as ordinary people, we, the Blessed One, the Eight Medicine Buddhas, the Sixteen Bodhisattvas, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, the Twelve Yaksha Generals, and others, abide like the sun and its rays. All the diseases, demons, and obstacles that harm and injure your body, speech, and mind are abiding in the manner of listening to orders and waiting for instructions. To redeem this sick person, the wealth and enjoyment of gods and humans in the three thousand worlds, immeasurable offerings, are blessed as ransom. And given to the disease lords of the sick person in the manner of debts and grudges. May all the disease lords be pleased and satisfied, repaying debts, purifying grudges, and being free from hatred. From now on, vow not to harm. At the end of this, add human excrement, animal excrement, lamp wicks, and street lamps to the food scraps of the student or the sick person, and place them in a vessel. Moisten the paper cards with water, purify with Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露), purify with Svabhava (藏文：སྭ་བྷ་ཝ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性). In a precious vessel, the ransom Torma and the wealth of gods and humans, like a treasure of the sky. May it transform into nectar.
