་སྡང་མིག་གིས། །བགེགས་དཔུང་སྲེག་པར་མཛད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །གཏུམ་ཆེན་དུས་མཐའི་མེ་ལྟར་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབར། །གློག་སྟོང་འཁྱུར་འདྲའི་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས། །རྔམས་པའི་ང་རོས་འབྲུག་སྒྲ་སྟོང་གསུམ་སྒྲོག །ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་བགེགས་ཚོགས་འདུལ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །ཧཱུྃ་འཇིགས་པའི་ཧཱུྃ་སྒྲ་ངེས་སྒྲོག་ཅིང་བགེགས་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་འཇོམས་མཛད་པ༔ དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་སྩོལ་བའི་ལྷ༔ བགེགས་ཀྱི་དགྲ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད༔ བཀའ་བསྒོ་བ་ནི། ཧཱུྃ། ང་ནི་གནས་འདིར་སྐལ་ལྡན་དབང་བསྐུར་ཞིང་། །བགེགས་རྣམས་འདི་རུ་མ་འདུག་གཞན་དུ་དེངས། །གལ་ཏེ་ང་ཡི་བཀའ་ལ་འདས་པ་ན། །ཡེཤེས་ཅན་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འབར་བ་ཡི། །མགོ་བོ་ཚལ་པ་བརྒྱར་ནས་འགས་གྱུར་ཞིང་། །བགེགས་རྣམས་བརླག་པར་འགྱུར་བ་གདོན་མི་ཟ། །བགེགས་རྣམས་འདི་རུ་མ་འདུག་གཞན་དུ་དེངས། །སུམྦྷ་ནིས་བགེགས་བསྐྲད། འོག་ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ས་གཞི་སོགས། སྲུང་འཁོར་བཅས། སོགས་ཀྱིས་བགེགས་བསྐྲད་ལ། གུ་གུལ་བདུག །ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་བྲབ་ལོ་བདུད་ཡོད་ཕྱོགས་དོར། སྨན་བླའི་དབང་བརྒྱ་གྲུབ་ན་ལེགས། མ་གྲུབ་ན་ཡང་རུང་། དེ་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གང་ཤེས་བརྗོད། བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་བྱ། མི་འགྱུར་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དགོངས་གཏེར་འཆི་བསླུའི་ཤོག་བཀྲའི་ལྷན་ཐབས་སུ་ཨ་རཱ་གས་སྦྱར་བའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། སྨན་བླའི་འཆི་བསླུ།

以嗔恨之眼，焚烧魔军者，我顶礼赞叹！如末劫之火般威光炽盛的大威猛者，如千道闪电般流转的忿怒皱纹，咬紧牙关，以威慑的吼声，震动三千世界，忿怒尊调伏魔众，我顶礼赞叹！吽，发出怖畏的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声，真实地宣告，使所有魔障无余摧毁，赐予所有成就之神，我顶礼赞叹魔障之敌！教敕是：吽，我于此处，已作具缘灌顶，魔障之众，莫居于此，迁往他处！若违越我之教令，具智慧者之金刚燃烧，头颅碎裂成百瓣，魔障之众将被毁灭，此乃不虚之言！魔障之众，莫居于此，迁往他处！ 以松巴哈（Sumbhani）驱逐魔障。下方一切为金刚地基等，以及防护轮等，以此等驱逐魔障，焚烧古古香，以芥子驱赶，抛弃祭品于恶灵所在方向。若能成就药师佛之百尊灌顶则更佳，若未能成就亦可。之后念诵所知之吉祥颂，作回向与发愿。此为不动金刚意伏藏之延寿赎死纸牌仪轨之辅助，加入阿惹嘎（A-ra-ga）。吉祥圆满！ 药师佛之赎死。

With eyes of hatred, I prostrate and praise the one who burns the armies of obstacles! The great wrathful one whose splendor blazes like the fire at the end of time, Whose wrathful wrinkles resemble the swirling of a thousand lightning bolts, Gnashing his teeth, With a terrifying roar, he shakes the three thousand worlds, Wrathful king who subdues the hordes of obstacles, I prostrate and praise! Hūṃ, proclaiming the sound of the terrifying Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) with certainty, completely destroying all obstacles, God who bestows all accomplishments, I prostrate and praise the enemy of obstacles! The command is: Hūṃ, I have empowered the fortunate ones in this place, Obstacles, do not remain here, move elsewhere! If you transgress my command, The vajra of the wise one will blaze, Your heads will be shattered into a hundred pieces, The obstacles will be destroyed, this is not a false word! Obstacles, do not remain here, move elsewhere! Expel the obstacles with Sumbhani. Everything below is a vajra ground, etc., and a protective circle, etc., use these to expel the obstacles, burn gugul incense, drive away with mustard seeds, and discard the offerings in the direction where the evil spirits are. It is best if the empowerment of the hundred deities of the Medicine Buddha is accomplished. If it is not accomplished, it is also fine. Then recite whatever auspicious verses you know. Make dedication and aspiration prayers. This is a supplement to the longevity ransom ritual of the unchanging vajra mind treasure, with the addition of A-ra-ga. May there be auspiciousness! Medicine Buddha's ransom for life.
