Oneself as the Medicine Buddha, body color blue, wearing the three Dharma robes, seated on a sun and moon lotus seat, one face, two hands, holding a begging bowl, right hand bestowing supreme medicine arura. On one's own crown, the Tathagata Chokyi Drakpa Gyatso, body color white, one face, two hands, right hand in the refuge-granting mudra, left hand in meditative equipoise, two feet in vajra posture, wearing the three Dharma robes, seated on a lotus moon seat. Thus, generate oneself as the deity. Within the palace of the three thousand worlds transformed into a delightful place, the Medicine Buddha, with a body radiating light like lapis lazuli, adorned with the three Dharma robes, right hand bestowing supreme medicine arura, left hand holding a begging bowl filled with nectar, surrounded by a gathering of vidyadharas and medicine goddesses. From the three places of oneself and the front-generation deity, from the three syllables Om (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), light radiates, inviting the wisdom being to become non-dual. May all the Medicine Buddha's eight brothers and all the deities be invited to this place, bestow great blessings, grant the supreme empowerment to me, the fortunate and faithful one, and dispel the obstacles of wrong guidance and life. Then, on the moon above the hearts of both oneself and the front, visualize a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), with the mantra garland rotating to the right, from which emanates various colors of light, From the eastern pure land of Vaidūrya, touching the Medicine Buddha, thereby stimulating the Buddha's mindstream. Then, visualize the Medicine Buddha's forms, large and small, of various kinds, and the garlands of speech mantras, and the mind of Arura and the alms bowl filled with nectar, coming like rain and dissolving into oneself.
