From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at your heart, rays of light emanate, inviting countless wisdom beings from the pure lands of the Buddhas in the East, who dissolve into me and those in front of me. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! Medicine Buddha and the eight brothers, and all the deities, please come to this place and bestow great blessings. Please grant the supreme empowerment to me, who am fortunate and faithful, and please remove the misguidance and obstacles to life. Namo Mahā Bhaiṣajya Saparivāra Vajra Samaya Jaja. 具善月金贤无忧，法称海法慧释迦能，圣法与十六菩萨等，顶礼赞叹三宝尊。 梵天与帝释，四大天王，方 দিক守护神，十二药叉大将及其眷属，天人药师持明仙众，顶礼赞叹甘露药之神。观想自身及前方心间，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字为咒鬘围绕。念诵：达雅塔，嗡，贝卡则，贝卡则，玛哈贝卡则，ra匝萨木嘎喋梭哈。尽力念诵后结尾： 忏悔一切罪堕，善根回向菩提。 愿离疾病魔障痛苦，吉祥如意。 世间众生各安其位，金刚吽。 智慧誓言本尊融入自身。 本净普贤界，唉玛火。 此乃从天法意伏藏品之补充，由ra嘎阿亚整理，若有错谬向本尊忏悔。 愿以善根，一切有情众生脱离疾病，迅速获得药师佛之果位。 朵千法本中沐浴赞在前面，然高于此之无上瑜伽续部在后面，此二者并不相违。 如是修持此仪轨之功德利益是： 若为僧人，则戒律不退，纵有退失，亦能清净其罪障，不堕恶趣。 尽除堕入地狱、饿鬼、畜生之恶业，纵已堕入，亦能立即解脱，转生善趣，升至天界之顶端，次第成就佛果。 且今生亦能衣食无忧，财富具足，平息疾病、魔障、诅咒及王法惩罚等一切损害。 金刚手菩萨、梵天、帝释天、四大天王，以及十二药叉大将，连同七十万七十万眷属，皆将守护救护于你，远离十八种非时死，以及一切怨敌、猛兽等损害，一切所愿皆得圆满。 药师佛二经中广述其功德利益，不可思议。 对于大多数佛法横加指责，难以满足的大学者，如绛央塘（བྱང་ངམ་རིང་，约1385-1450）吉祥法轮寺等。

Excellent Rin Drak, Golden Zang, Free from Sorrow; Dharma Proclaimed Ocean, Dharma Intellect, Shakyamuni; Holy Dharma and Sixteen Bodhisattvas, etc.; Homage and praise to the Three Precious Jewels. Brahma and Indra, the Four Great Kings, Direction Guardians, Twelve Yaksha Generals with their retinues; Gods, humans, medicine, Vidyadharas, and assemblies of sages; Homage and praise to the gods of nectar medicine. Visualize Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，seed syllable) at your heart and in front of you, surrounded by a mantra garland. Recite as much as possible: Tadyathā; Oṃ Bhiṣaje Bhiṣaje Mahābhiṣaje Rājasamudgate Svāhā. At the end, confess all sins and dedicate the merit to enlightenment. May there be auspiciousness, free from disease, evil spirits, and suffering. May all sentient beings remain in their own place, Vajra Hūṃ. May the wisdom and samaya deities dissolve into me. In the primordially pure, all-good expanse, Emaho. This is a supplement from the Mind Treasure of the Sky Dharma, compiled by Rāga Asya. If there are any errors, I confess to the deities. May all sentient beings be liberated from disease through this merit and quickly attain the state of the Medicine Buddha. Although the bathing and praising are at the beginning in the Do Chok (ritual text), it is not contradictory that the higher Anuttarayoga Tantra has it at the end. If you practice this ritual with devotion, the benefits are: If you are a monk, your vows will not decline, and even if they do, the obscurations will be purified, and you will not fall into the lower realms. All the negative karma of being born in hell, as a hungry ghost, or as an animal will be purified, and you will not be born there. Even if you are born there, you will be immediately liberated and born in the supreme of the happy realms, gradually attaining Buddhahood. In this life, you will have wealth without difficulty in obtaining food and clothing, and all harm such as disease, evil spirits, curses, and royal punishments will be pacified. Vajrapani, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and the twelve great Yaksha generals, along with their seven hundred thousand and seven hundred thousand retinues, will protect and guard you, liberating you from the eighteen untimely deaths and all harm from enemies and wild animals. All your wishes will be completely fulfilled. The benefits are extensively described in the two Medicine Buddha Sutras, which are beyond comprehension. The great scholars of Jang Ngam Ring (Byang Ngam Ring, approximately 1385-1450) Pal Khor Chöde (Dpal 'khor chos sde), and other great monastic centers, who are critical of most Dharma and difficult to please.
