The objects to whom this offering is made are: the land owners such as the King of the Northeast Mountain, Te-se Ra-hu-la, Spar-kha Gin, Me-wa Dun-mar, the land owners who revolve in the cycle of the year and the ox, the land owners, kings and ministers, who revolve in the month, day, time and hour. In particular, to the land owners, nagas and spirits who travel on this date today, this offering of wood sap, grains and nectar is made. All conflicts and disputes that have occurred are confessed, and may their minds be calmed and endowed with the mind of enlightenment. This is offered to the northeast. Then, holding the central wood sap, recite: Om Amrite Hum Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城體：ओम् अमृते हुम् फट्，梵文羅馬擬音：om amṛte hūṃ phaṭ，漢語字面意思：Om, nectar, Hum, Phat). Sprinkle with clean water and recite: Om Kṣi Hi Ra Tsa Pri Thi Dhevi Sarva Bhumi Pati Argham Pulle etc. Especially, the objects to whom this offering of the sacred substance nectar wood sap is made are: the hero Earth-Essence Bodhisattva, the goddess Tänma, father, mother and son, the great pot-bellied eight great nagas, and the seventeen lords and ministers of the land owners of the elements, trigrams, moles, years and months, etc., all the land owners of existence. Especially, to the local land owners, mountain owners, water owners, rock owners, stone owners, earth owners, tree owners, place owners of this surrounding area, the household deity, hearth deity, and the original inhabitants, this offering of the torma of offering and generosity, wood sap, grains, silk, wool and dyes is made. May all be pleased and satisfied. Offer to the center. To Earth-Essence, the earth goddess, and to the assembly of land owners, I prostrate and praise. The offering torma is small and the earth materials are not complete. I confess all faults and transgressions. May the two, Earth-Essence and the earth goddess, remain steadfast in my and the patron's house, tent, and fields, and increase the essence of the earth. May the worldly land owners return to their respective territories.
