消除扰乱！赐予八吉祥、八丰饶、成就！愿望顶上有痣者！平息不和与损害，赐予安乐吉祥！年月时辰的倒退等，遣除障碍，增延寿命，成为年份之天藏！年月之轮的过失与缺失等，愿无有，赐予安乐吉祥圆满！瘟疫、热病、疖肿、水肿等，愿消除各种热病！四方护法增生四种光辉！赐予不变稳固之成就！瑜伽士供养之眷属等，成为支持、友伴、后盾！嗟！地主、龙、凶神，汝等！听从三宝之教令！勿违背持咒者我之教令！勿浪费施主之因缘！所委托之事迅速成办！我等施主眷属等，无病长寿，拥有权势，财富、名声、善缘，获得广大受用，以及息增等事业之成就，赐予我！具誓者守护我！赐予一切成就，成为友伴！消除非时死亡与疾病，以及鬼神与魔障！消除恶梦与恶兆，消除恶咒与诅咒！世间安乐，年景丰收，谷物增长，佛法兴盛，愿安乐吉祥圆满，心中所愿皆得成办！此乃于地藏之支分中，为易于念诵而以ra ga之名所书写。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）吉祥圆满！ 天法地藏修法之扰乱消除之礼赞与忏悔利益安乐。

Eliminate disturbances! Grant the eight auspicious signs, eight abundances, and accomplishments! May the one with a mole on the crown of wishes! Pacify discord and harm, grant peace and auspiciousness! May the regression of years, months, days, and hours, dispel obstacles, extend life, and become the treasury of the year deity! May the faults and deficiencies of the wheel of years and months be absent, and grant peace, auspiciousness, and perfection! May epidemics, fevers, boils, edema, and other ailments, eliminate all kinds of feverish diseases! May the four directional guardians increase the four kinds of splendor! Grant unchanging and stable accomplishments! To the yogi's offerings and retinue, may you be support, companion, and backing! Alas! Landlords, dragons, and fierce spirits, all of you! Listen to the command of the Three Jewels! Do not disobey the command of me, the mantra holder! Do not waste the causes and conditions of the patron! Swiftly accomplish what is entrusted! To us, the patrons and retinue, may we have freedom from illness, longevity, power, wealth, fame, good fortune, and obtain vast enjoyment, and grant me the accomplishments of pacifying, increasing, and other activities! May those with vows protect me! Grant all accomplishments and be companions! Eliminate untimely death and diseases, as well as ghosts and obstacles! Eliminate bad dreams and bad omens, eliminate bad curses and spells! May the world be peaceful and the year be prosperous, may grains increase and the Dharma flourish, may peace, auspiciousness, and perfection be complete, and may all wishes in the heart be fulfilled!
