Oṃ Bhyaḥ! Dun Ting Du Nan! Atiḥ Ni Sa Bhyaḥ! With the performing goddess and protectors, Māra Phaṭ! Recite the mantra and whatever is feasible. Bhyaḥ Saya Si Bhyaḥ! Recite about one hundred and eight times, then perform the action. Then, take the five effigy arrows in order: north, west, south, east, and center, and hand them to the disciple. Bhyaḥ! By the power of the demon-repelling goddess, cut off the root of the Bonpo's decline. From the wisdom dakinis downwards, to the small spirits and demons upwards, repel all curses and hot fevers. May all declines and protectors be destroyed like dust particles. Saying this and reciting the above three mantras, have them thrown in a clean place. The five demon-repelling goddesses, and the twenty-eight powerful female deities, the place where the mother goddesses and dakinis reside, please go to the Dharma realm in the northeast. Sarva Jñāna Ḍākinīśvarī Vajra Muḥ! Invert the torma container and place it on a crossed vajra. Akasamaraḥ Caśadaraḥ Sathamaraḥ Yaḥ Phaṭ! Visualize yourself as the complete dakini, the lion-faced dakini, holding a curved knife and skull cup, and making a dancing gesture. All harmers, demons, obstacles, and oath-breakers, like being put into the eye of a needle, sink to the nine levels of the earth. The torma plate is pressed down from above like Mount Meru and the four continents. Do not rise until the arrival of Maitreya! Oṃ Laṃ Hūṃ Laṃ Sva Mba Ya Nan. Hold the torma plate and scatter grains. Perform offerings and auspicious words as appropriate. Thus, you will receive the transmission of the mind treasure, the powerful effigy arrow torma. As a token of gratitude, offer a mandala. This is how it is accomplished. This is necessary for astrologers, torma makers, etc. According to the lineage's practice, Pema Garwang Tsel extracted it from the words of Chakme. May virtue and excellence increase. If you do a more extensive practice on this, then first arrange the offerings of the lineage.
