You, the nagas and local deities of Koto, remember the vows you made and offered. Please accept this torma and accomplish my activities. I am the lineage holder of Guru Padmasambhava. You are those gods and demons and their retinue. Therefore, do not violate the words of the great master Padmasambhava. Please accept this torma offering adorned with samaya substances, and may the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread, may this world be peaceful and happy, and may the yogi, myself, and the patrons and benefactors, have long life, be free from illness, and increase in wealth, and grant all the siddhis according to your ability. Om Dewa Chakra Naga Raja Sapariwara Idam Balimta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi. Offer the top of the torma and the heads of yaks and sheep into the smoke offering. If this is a separate offering, then perform the offering, retraction, etc., according to your own tradition.
