Ngom Region Incense Offering Ngom Region Incense Offering After making one offering, alas! May the offering purify the places of Marmok Ring Gon Lung, Ramkhung Yarshok Marshok, and Genmo Chakhyi, all situated along the left mountain range. May the offering purify the places of Zhakar Chesum Odzer Ri, Chamchen Chamchung Trari, and Bangtak Chyalong, all situated on the front mountains. To you, the local deities and landowners, I offer this pure and excellent offering. I present the three white substances as an offering. I purify with the smoke of medicinal herbs. I praise your power and glory upwards. Whatever actions of mine, the yogi, and the patrons, from our ancestors down to our descendants, that have been contrary to your hearts, such as cutting trees, cooking, digging stones, building houses, exorcising demons, making lingas, and so on, may all those misdeeds be purified. You deities who dwell in this place, and we humans who dwell in this place, may we uphold the vows of guests and hosts. May humans always make offerings to the deities, and may the deities always protect humans. Be our guards, great companions, welcomers, escorts, friends, protectors, and shepherds. Grant us all the accomplishments that we can achieve in the long run. May the year be prosperous, may internal and external conflicts be pacified, may rain and water fall in due season, and may there be no hail or frost, rust, insects, or crop diseases.
