加持慈悲之铁钩。 加持慈悲之铁钩。 加持慈悲之铁钩之名篇章之首。 若欲于熏香之际行加持，于我之自生与对生二者圆满后，于诵读正文之前，若有小食子，则供养上方之食子。若无，则以糌粑等供养， 吽 贝！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ༔，梵文天城体：हुं भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ bhyo，汉语字面意思：吽 贝！） 须弥山顶三十三天之境，圆聚树下木垒青色之湖，具足五宝颅器之宫殿中，玛吉拉姆（藏文：མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ།）主仆眷属俱，降临于此，受纳加持熏香与供养。外如恒河天女妙音天女，内如金刚亥母空行之主，秘密吉祥天女燃尸母，极密法身无生四圣之母，加持为生生世世之救护。祈请救脱恶趣轮回之怖畏。喜金刚之殊胜种姓无我母，马头明王之母大莲光母，阎罗死主之母大起尸母，浩瀚坛城一切之主母，加持为我之殊胜本尊。您曾为毗瓦巴灌顶，镇压六地，压制太阳，如是亦请为我灌顶加持。观世音菩萨之牙尖所化，金刚手菩萨之眼中央所化，喜金刚之四方四门守护，自生八塔为之护法，安住八地具大悲心之菩萨，加持引导我之道路。祈请令菩提道上无有障碍。自在天女白度母持宝螺，南方阎罗之妹具怖畏身，魔女黑Re玛迪，本体一而显现主仆相，于四季时节将众生置于占卜盘上，加持为我之大胜障。祈请破除占卜，回遮骰子、食子、缓疫、灾难。四种法轮三藏之法，凡有讲修禅修者，如子般守护，并作彼之使者。若违誓言，则自身燃火，堕入地狱，于诸佛之前，立誓献出誓言之持誓者，加持为我之殊胜护法。

(藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ༔，梵文天城体：हुं भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ bhyo，汉语字面意思：吽 贝！) From the summit of Mount Meru, the realm of the Thirty-Three Gods, from the all-gathering tree, the turquoise lake of Mule, from the palace of the skull cup adorned with five precious substances, Māgī Lhamo (藏文：མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ།）together with her retinue of lord and servants, descend here, accept the empowerment, incense, and offerings. Outwardly, like the goddesses of the Ganges and Saraswati; inwardly, like Vajravarahi, the chief of the dakinis; secretly, like the glorious goddess, the cremation ground mother; most secretly, the unborn mother of the four noble ones, the dharmakaya; empower me as the protector for all lifetimes. Please protect me from the fears of samsara and the lower realms. Supreme mother of the Hevajra lineage, selfless one; great mother Hayagriva, adorned with lotus light; great mother, the zombie, mother of Yama, the lord of death; chief of all the vast mandalas; empower me as my supreme yidam. Because you empowered Virupa, you suppressed the six realms and pressed down on the sun. Likewise, empower and bless me. Emanated from the tip of Avalokiteśvara's tooth; emanated from the center of Vajrapani's eye; guarding the four gates of the four directions of Hevajra; the eight self-arisen stupas act as protectors; bodhisattvas abiding on the eight bhumis, possessing great compassion; empower me to guide my path. Please ensure that there are no obstacles on the path to enlightenment. Daughter of Ishvara, white one holding a conch shell; sister of Yama in the south, possessing a terrifying form; demon daughter, black Remati; one essence appearing as lord and servant; placing beings of the four seasons on the divination board; empower me as the great averter of obstacles. Please open the divination, avert dice, tormas, slow plagues, and disasters. The four wheels of dharma, the teachings of the three pitakas, whoever teaches, studies, meditates, or practices them, protect them like your own children and act as their messengers. If they break their vows, may their own lives burst into flames and may they fall into hell. Before all the Buddhas, the oath-bound one who has vowed and offered her word, empower me as my supreme oath-bound protector.

I offer, praise, and recite mantras to you, goddess, May you pacify the four hundred and four types of diseases. Therefore, she is known as the queen of nectar medicine. I beseech you to be my supreme doctor! Please send down a stream of nectar rain from your mouth, Upon us, the teachers and students, patrons, people, and wealth, Pacify diseases, evil spirits, epidemics, and contagious diseases. From the emanations of the goddess's four activities, Externally, she appears as the twenty-eight constellation goddesses, Internally, she protects the mandala of the twenty-eight powerful deities, Secretly, she is the mistress of the twenty-eight great sacred places. Please come here, accept offerings, incense, and sacrifices. Like a loving mother, show kindness to the seven mothers of the east, Pacify diseases, evil spirits, and all obstacles. May the seven sisters of the south, With sisterly compassion, Increase life, merit, and power. May the seven friends of the west, with friendly love, Grant the desired attainments in the mind, and gather all power. May the seven servants of the north listen to orders like servants, Quickly accomplish the entrusted tasks. On mountain peaks, in caves, at river mouths, in cemeteries, etc., In all sacred places, small places, and cemeteries, The emanation of the worldly mother rages like the wind. Please come here, accept offerings, incense, and sacrifices. Please perform the activity of averting epidemics and disasters. The glorious goddess and her retinue possess miraculous powers, For three days, guard from the peak of Mount Meru, For three nights, roam throughout the three thousand worlds. Therefore, she is known as the guarding mother and the roaming mother. I beseech you to be the protector of the yogi me! Please guard during the day and protect during the night. From the body, speech, mind, and qualities of the goddess and her retinue, The emanation goddesses of the five activities are: White mother, red mother, black mother, yellow mother, and Green mother, etc., five hundred million. I beseech you to be my protector and army! Please always grant auspiciousness and well-being! The goddess's further emanations, the worldly goddesses, are: Rabtenma, Machig Palha, and Achi Five Sisters.
