Concise Daily Sang Offering: A Rain of Accomplishments Concise Daily Sang Offering: A Rain of Accomplishments Concise Daily Sang Offering: A Rain of Accomplishments - Herein Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. I take refuge with reverence in body, speech, and mind in the Lama and the Three Jewels. For the sake of all sentient beings, I perform this sang and offering. From the very nature of emptiness of all dharmas, I myself arise as Vajra Kilaya. Dark maroon in color, with three eyes, sealed with Oṃ. With hair piled up, wearing a shawl and Dharma robes. Wielding a vajra and twirling a kila. Standing in a posture of throwing on top of a tigress. Wisdom and samaya inseparable. From the Hūṃ at my heart, light radiates forth, inviting all the guests of the sang. Hūṃ. From the pure realms of the three kayas, all the deities and protectors of the world, both transcendent and mundane, I invite you to come to this place. Be seated upon the appropriate seats of the main figures and retinue. I offer actual and mentally-created offerings. I praise with the sixty branches of melody. Kye! From where does the lineage of sang arise? In the past, countless eons ago, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni himself, became a king, the Lord of Dharma. In order to make offerings to the Buddhas, he burned a single ball of incense. Playing sweet music, he made a sang offering. A great cloud of incense mist, covered the entire Jambudvipa for seven days. From where did the sang arise after that? The noble master Nagarjuna, composed the condensed general sang of Jambudvipa. He pleased all the gods and demons of India. The temple of Vajrasana was completed. After that, the master Padmasambhava, performed the rituals of peaceful, enriching, and sang offerings. He pleased all the gods and demons of Tibet. The glorious Samye temple was completed. After that, Rangjung Gyalwa, composed the extensive general sang of Jambudvipa. He pleased the lords of the earth, nagas, and nyen of Kham, etc. He built a bridge over the waters of the Mongols. Just like the previous traditions, now we yogis, burn various kinds of good wood. We offer the essence of grains, flours, and foods. We offer the essence of tea, alcohol, milk, and yogurt. Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ purify impurities. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ bless them into sacred substances. From Dhaṃ arises the incense goddess. Dark blue and radiant, complete with beautiful ornaments. With her right hand, she washes away stains and defilements. In her left hand, she holds a tray of medicine and incense. The clouds of incense and smoke pervade the three realms. Limitless Buddhas.
