ར་དུ་འདི་ཉིད་ཟ། །ཁྲོ་ཆུ་ཁོལ་མའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འབྱུང་བར་དོགས། །དཀོར་སྒྲིབ་ཉེས་པ་སོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །སྡོམ་གསུམ་ལྡན་པའི་ང་རྒྱལ་ཆེ་ན་ཡང་། །ཕྲ་ཞིབ་ལྟུང་བའི་ཆར་རྒྱུན་འབེབས་ལུགས་ཀྱིས། །གནས་ངན་སྐྱེ་བ་མང་དུ་ལེན་གྱིས་དོགས། །ཉེས་ལྟུང་དྲི་མ་སོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ངན་སོང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བསམ་ན་སྙིང་རྩ་འདར། །བདག་དང་བདག་ལ་ལྟོས་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས། །རེ་ས་གཞན་ན་མེད་དོ་ཁྱེད་རང་ཤེས། །འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་ནས་དྲོངས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ནམ་ཞིག་ཚེ་ཡི་འདུ་བྱེད་ཟད་པའི་ཚེ། །གནད་གཅོད་འཁྲུལ་སྣང་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་མི་འབྱུང་ཞིང་། །སྣང་མཆེད་ཐོབ་གསུམ་སྐུ་གསུམ་ངོ་འཕྲད་ནས། །འོད་གསལ་མ་བུ་སྤྱོད་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་ གཟིགས་། །ཡིད་ལུས་བར་དོའི་སྣང་བ་ཤར་བའི་ཚེ། །འཇིགས་པའི་དགྲ་དང་ཡ་ངའི་འཕྲང་བསལ་ནས། །མངོན་སུམ་ཞལ་བསྟན་དབང་བསྐུར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་དྲོངས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་པདྨ་ཁ་བྱེ་ནས། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་མཆོག་མཐོང་ནས་ཀྱང་། །སྣ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་པས་རྒྱལ་བ་མཉེས་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །ཐེག་མཆོག་དགའ་སྟོན་སྩོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཇི་སྲིད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་མ་ཐོབ་བར། །ཞིང་འདིར་མགོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་དང་མི་འབྲལ་ཞིང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་པ་རླབས་ཆེན་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི། །དངོས་གྲུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སྩོལ་ཅིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །དེ་ལྟར་འདོད་དོན་རྣམ་གྲངས་མང་ན་ཡང་། །འབད་མེད་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཕྲིན་ལས་མངའ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་ལ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་ལྟར། །རེ་བ་ཡིད་བཞིན་སྐོངས་ཤིག་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཞེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་ཡར་ཚེས་ལ་སྨྱུང་ཆོག་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་བྱེད་པའི་དུས་སུ། གཞུང་གི་འདོད་དོན་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་ཨ་རཱ་གས་ཞོགས་ཐུན་ལ་སྦྱར་བའོ།། །། སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་མཐོ་རིས་རྟ་ཕོ།

拉毒吞噬此身。 恐怕会遭受沸腾的怒水享用。 请息灭侵吞僧物的罪过，观世音。 虽具足三律仪而我慢高涨， 以细微堕罪的连绵雨水般， 恐怕会多次投生恶趣。 请息灭罪堕的垢染，观世音。 想到恶趣痛苦内心颤抖， 我和与我相关的众生们， 没有其他的希望处，您自己知道。 请从轮回的泥潭中救拔，观世音。 何时寿命的行蕴耗尽之时， 愿不会出现临终错乱的显现和恐惧， 显现增盛获得三身而面见三身， 请享用光明母子，观世音。 意生身中阴的显现生起之时， 消除怖畏的怨敌和可怕的险境， 请现身示现，灌顶加持。 请接引往生极乐世界，观世音。 刚一出生莲花便绽放， 并且能见到怙主您的殊胜面容， 以各种供养令诸佛欢喜， 请赐予殊胜乘的喜宴，观世音。 乃至未获得菩提心藏之间， 愿在此刹土不离怙主您， 行持菩提的广大行， 请赐予殊胜的成就，观世音。 如是所愿之事虽多， 然因您具足不费力任运成就之事业， 如祈祷如意宝般， 请如愿成办所求，观世音。 此乃于萨嘎月的上弦月，行持斋戒白善之时，为祈祷寺院之所愿，阿惹嘎于早课时所作。

May the Rakshasas devour this body. I fear experiencing the enjoyment of boiling angry water. Please pacify the sins of misappropriating monastic property, Chenrezig. Although I possess the three vows and have great pride, Due to the continuous rain of subtle downfalls, I fear taking many births in lower realms. Please pacify the stains of faults and downfalls, Chenrezig. Thinking of the suffering of the lower realms, my heart trembles. I and all beings connected to me, Have no other hope, you know it yourself. Please rescue us from the swamp of samsara, Chenrezig. When the activities of life are exhausted, May there be no confusion or fear at the time of death, Having met the three kayas through the arising and increase of appearances, May I experience the luminosity of mother and son, Chenrezig. When the appearances of the mind-body bardo arise, Clear away the fearful enemies and the terrifying straits, Manifest yourself, bestow empowerment, and grant blessings. Please lead me to Sukhavati, Chenrezig. As soon as I am born, may the lotus flower open, And may I see the supreme face of the protector, Making the Buddhas happy with various offerings, Please grant the feast of the supreme vehicle, Chenrezig. Until I attain the essence of enlightenment, May I not be separated from you, protector, in this realm, Practicing the vast conduct of enlightenment, Please grant the supreme accomplishment, Chenrezig. Although there are many such wishes, Because you possess effortless and spontaneous activity, Like praying to a wish-fulfilling jewel, Please fulfill my wishes as desired, Chenrezig. This was composed by Araka during the morning session on the waxing day of Saga Dawa, during the time of performing the fasting practice of white virtue, with the aim of praying for the wishes of the monastery.
