我与施主及檀越，欲求佳地之成就，文殊之圣旨，以及四灵之授记，皆言此处地相佳。故此，恳请诸位地神，莫违文殊之圣旨，今日赐予我等，此佳地之所有成就。此殊胜青稞，乃金翅鸟王颈中所出，大悲尊者亲手所赐，乃黑头人之享用。今献此地租青稞，祈赐此地，降吉祥。所有作祟之地魔地妖，皆以猛厉木橛诛杀。བྷཾ་（藏文，bhah，梵文天城体，bham，梵文罗马拟音，摧毁）中生出珍宝之器皿，外为宝藏之瓶，内为珍宝之宫殿。其中有已逝之，父系祖先之白骨，加持为如意宝，埋藏于珍贵之地藏中。开启地母之虚空吧！白骨乃铁之精华，今日地铁母子相合。此十六节脊椎骨，乃立十六代之坚固桩。此圆形髋骨，乃人财共有之吉祥物。此形如汉式量具之肾脏，能断一切疾病死亡。世间之黑头人，以及人中之王，蓝色王子等，所有强大之生灵，皆安住于此吉祥物中。贤女幻化及高座者，弥额六姓之父系祖先，皆安住于此吉祥物中。特别是这些逝者之，父系祖先之父系祖先，以及母系祖先之母系祖先，与此逝者之灵魂一同，安住于此佳地，享用大地之荣耀。以三宝之谛实力，以及清净之法性，以及世俗缘起之真实力，愿父系祖先母系祖先及逝者之灵魂，皆得安乐幸福财富增长，并能庇护救助生者。埋藏此白乳瓶藏，令亡者逝者之灵魂欢喜，令生者权势财富圆满，并得长寿无病安乐幸福。圣文殊之圣言真实不虚，世俗缘起无有欺骗，五行缘起威力强大，以此地铁母子相合，愿生者长寿无病。

I, along with the sponsors and patrons, desire to obtain the accomplishments of this auspicious land. The decree of Manjushri, and the prophecies of the Four Miraculous Ones, all declare this place to have excellent land features. Therefore, I beseech you, the lords of this land, not to violate the decree of Manjushri, and to bestow upon us today all the accomplishments that this auspicious land possesses. This supreme green barley, originates from the neck of the Garuda King, bestowed by the compassionate hand of the Great Compassionate One, is for the enjoyment of the black-headed people. I offer this land rent of supreme barley, please grant this land and bestow auspiciousness. All harmful earth demons and earth spirits, are to be slain by the fierce wooden stake. From Bham (藏文，bhah，梵文天城体，bham，梵文罗马拟音，destroying) arises a precious vessel, the exterior is a treasure vase, the interior is a precious palace. Within it lies the white bone of the deceased paternal ancestor, blessed as a wish-fulfilling jewel, buried within the precious earth treasury. Open the sky of the earth goddess! The white bone is the essence of iron, today the earth iron mother and child unite. These sixteen vertebrae bones, are erected as a firm stake for sixteen generations. This round hip bone, is erected as a common good fortune support for people and wealth. This kidney, resembling a Chinese measuring tool, cuts off all diseases and deaths. The black-headed people of the world, and the noble king, the blue prince, etc., all powerful beings, reside firmly in this good fortune support. The wise woman, the illusion, and the high throne, the paternal ancestors of the Mi'u six clans, all reside firmly in this good fortune support. Especially these deceased ones, the paternal ancestors of the paternal lineage, and the maternal ancestors of the maternal lineage, along with the spirit of this deceased one, reside in this auspicious land, and enjoy the glory of the earth. By the truth of the Three Jewels, and the purity of the Dharma nature, and the power of the truth of conventional dependent origination, may the paternal ancestors, maternal ancestors, and the spirit of the deceased, all increase in happiness, prosperity, and wealth, and be able to protect and aid the living. By burying this white milk vase treasure, may the spirits of the deceased rejoice, may the living be powerful and wealthy, and may they have long life, freedom from illness, happiness, and well-being. The sacred words of the noble Manjushri are true and infallible, conventional dependent origination is without deception, and the power of the dependent origination of the elements is strong, by uniting this earth iron mother and child, may the living have long life and freedom from illness.

May all auspiciousness arise through the truth of the planets, stars, and times! If, due to being controlled by ignorance and delusion, There are inauspicious planets, stars, and times, Or if there are malicious earth enemies, May they be pacified and bring happiness and well-being through the blessings of the truth of Manjushri! Om Akani Nini Kani Abila Mandala Maye Svaha. Thus reciting, and scattering auspicious flowers. The auspiciousness of the five places of the four directions and the center, May the auspiciousness of the Five Buddha Families descend! The auspiciousness of the eight places of the body, May the auspiciousness of the Eight Auspicious Symbols descend! The auspiciousness of the eight treasures of interdependence, May the auspiciousness of the Eight Auspicious Objects descend! The auspiciousness of power and wealth, May the auspiciousness of the Seven Royal Emblems descend! The auspiciousness of the four directions of the earth, May the auspiciousness of the Tiger, Dragon, Garuda, and Turtle descend! Om Ye Dharma, etc. Om Supratishtha Vajra Ye Svaha. Henceforth, whoever is connected with this, May the offerings be auspicious and perfect! This was composed by the Accomplished One Rinpoche. This treatise and notes appear separately, and the words are mostly mistaken and have been circulating for a long time.
