I prostrate to all the lands, gurus, yidams, and dakinis. By the truth of the righteous, vidyadharas, and accomplished ones, I pray that the five families of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will remain steadfast in this place, purify sins and obscurations, and dispel all obstacles. Om Buddha Vairochana Om. Recite the Ye Dharma mantra seven times. Om Vajra Akata Hum. Ye Dharma seven times. Om Ratna Sambhava Tvam. Ye Dharma seven times. Om Padma Deva Dhi. Ye Dharma seven times. Om Karma Amogha Siddhi Ah. Ye Dharma seven times, and so on, recite seven times as above to make it firm. It is very important for red cemeteries and so on. It is very beneficial to visualize the deceased's consciousness as inseparable from Vairochana. Otherwise, visualize in your own mandala. After blessing the land in this way, you don't need anything else except for white deeds, temples, house construction, etc. Then, offer a white torma to the local deity and tell them what you are going to do, and warn them not to be jealous or resentful. Then, recite auspicious words and place the emblems of the five families in the eye of the land. Hum. From the center, the auspicious deity of meaning, Vairochana, the auspicious one, may that auspicious one bring happiness and well-being here today. From the east, the auspicious deity of meaning, Vajrasattva, the auspicious one, may that auspicious one bring happiness and well-being here today. From the south, the auspicious deity of meaning, Ratnasambhava, the auspicious one, may that auspicious one bring happiness and well-being here today. From the west, the auspicious deity of meaning, Amitabha, the auspicious one, may that auspicious one bring happiness and well-being here today. From the north, the auspicious deity of meaning, Amoghasiddhi, the auspicious one, may that auspicious one bring happiness and well-being here today. In addition, recite any other auspicious verses you know. For the sake of the deceased, visualize the deceased as Avalokiteshvara, and visualize the cemetery as Sukhavati, invite the wisdom being and merge it.
