祈请！金刚上师及弟子众，金刚兄弟姐妹眷属众，施主檀越眷属众，人无疾病瘟疫降，牲畜无灾横死降，财物无损耗散失，田地无霜冻冰雹，断除恶魔黑索套，死主判决转于敌，消除不顺障碍诸违缘，守护眷属消除诸违缘，对怨敌降下惩罚，对损害之鬼神行事业，赐予所欲之成就，成办所托之事业，以誓言圆满之加持力，祈请息灭忿怒尊之暴猛，息灭黑汝嘎之威光，祈请息灭普巴之诅咒，息灭大能者之威慑，息灭诸神之粗暴疫病，息灭阿修罗之毒刺，息灭八大行星之钉扎，息灭死主男女之幻轮，息灭魔军之判决，息灭母鬼之诅咒，息灭大龙之束缚，息灭夜叉之刺痛病，祈请息灭赞神之诅咒，祈请息灭国王之癫狂，祈请息灭空行母之血病，息灭鬼怪游荡瘟疫病，土地神厉鬼等，违背誓言邪引鬼神众，洞穴之邪祟一切皆息灭，祈请息灭尼泊尔之毒刃。 嗡 嘛哈嘎拉 嘎里，萨瓦达玛巴拉 嘛哈 芒萨拉 卡让 卡嘿，ra噶匝达 巴苏达 卡让 卡嘿，曼匝曼匝 郭若匝那 卡让 卡嘿，阿弥利达 苏若达 巴林达 卡让 卡嘿，嘛哈 嘎尼日达拉 卡让 卡嘿。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 嗡 萨玛雅，阿 萨玛雅，吽 萨玛雅，嘛哈嘎拉 嘎里 萨瓦达玛巴拉。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 嗡 班匝萨埵萨玛雅。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 等念诵至“萨埵阿”，念诵百字明咒以圆满破损之誓言。依怙主之仪轨，随本尊数量，圆满仪轨加持，念诵血海沸腾咒，乃传承所说。以及圆满破损之誓言咒语食子仪轨等口诀甚深。 应顿珠所请，立即由第七世噶玛巴阿Ra噶希所著，若有错谬则忏悔，愿以善根令教法兴盛！ 下方，略微增广由具誓海众等所作之短供仪轨。

Obeisance! To the Vajra Master and disciples, the Vajra brothers and sisters, and all the patrons and supporters, may no disease or plague befall the people, may no disaster or epidemic befall the livestock, may no loss or dissipation befall the wealth, may no blight or hail befall the fields. Cut the black noose of the demons, turn the judgment of the Lord of Death against the enemy. Avert all unfavorable obstacles and adverse conditions, protect the retinue and avert all adverse conditions. Inflict punishment on the hateful enemy, perform actions against the harmful obstructors. Grant the desired attainments, accomplish the entrusted tasks. By the blessing of fulfilling the vows, I pray that the wrathful power of the wrathful ones be averted. Avert the splendor of Heruka. I pray that the curses of Phurba be averted. Avert the overwhelming power of the mighty ones. Avert the harsh epidemics of all the gods. Avert the poisonous stings of the Asuras. Avert the piercing of the eight great planets. Avert the illusory wheels of the male and female Lords of Death. Avert the judgments of the demon armies. Avert the curses of the Matrikas. Avert the bonds of the great Nagas. Avert the stinging diseases of the Yakshas. I pray that the curses of the Tsen be averted. I pray that the madness of the kings be averted. I pray that the blood diseases of the Dakinis be averted. Avert the wandering epidemic diseases of the Bhutas. All the evil influences of the oath-breakers, evil spirits, and obstructing forces, such as Theurang and Gongpo, avert them all. I pray that the poisonous weapons of Nepal be averted. Om Mahakala Kali, Sarva Dharma Pala Maha Mamsala kharam khahi, Rakta citta basuta kharam khahi, Manza Manzi Gorozana kharam khahi, Amrita Surata Balimta kharam khahi, Maha Kinaritila kharam khahi.
