The four ministers of the four directions are: in the east, Yi Gyal Rinchen; in the south, Bene Ritrak; in the west, Ka Gyalmo Nom; and in the north, Jowo Ke Gyal. Consorts, princes, ministers, and subjects, wearing strong armor and beautiful garments, holding various weapons in their hands, with banners and flags fluttering. Riding on various ornamented steeds, tigers, leopards, bears, and brown bears walk behind. Eagles, vultures, and hawks hover above. Each with an army of a million surrounding them. We pray and offer, fulfilling the vows. Furthermore, the assembly of obedient messengers: fierce Tsen spirits, Harpo, tiger-headed ones, and the seven leading brothers, ninety thousand messengers with pig and tiger heads, wild mountain spirits, black rock spirits, Soya, Jowo and the wise ocean spirit, the all-encompassing darkness, and the acting Yama, red-faced, etc. Gatekeepers, messengers, servants, and maids, with bodies that transform in inconceivable ways. Again, hundreds of thousands of emanated messengers, endowed with magical powers, bravery, and strength. Ku so cha dra di ri ri. Armor is strong, weapons are sharp, banners and flags flutter, white and red streamers hang, riding on various steeds, surrounded by a million white-sided gods and demons. We pray and offer, fulfilling the vows. The substances for fulfilling the vows are: food made of barley flour, three-pointed offerings adorned with meat and butter, the three white substances, the three sweets, tsampa and butter, grains, medicines, pleasant fragrances, and incense, images of yak, sheep, and goat, a divine arrow with seven segments, eagle feathers, life-force mantras, and harmonious substances, precious jewels, silk, and tiger and leopard skins. The eight auspicious symbols for accomplishing auspiciousness, and the seven royal treasures, etc. Without any incomplete harmonious substances, each with their corresponding vow substances, offerings manifested actually and mentally, filling the earth and space. May the vows of all, including those born from aspirations, brothers and sisters, mother, ministers, and retinue, be fulfilled. In the practice place of Lion Rock, before the wrathful Padmasambhava, having offered our own constant life-heart, as we have vowed and promised, without transgressing these sacred vows, may the diseases, evil influences, and obstacles of us, teachers and disciples with our retinue, be pacified, may life, merit, and wealth increase, may beings be brought under our power, and may the activities of destroying enemies be...

Accomplish the work! Grant the accomplishment of red jade jewels! Grant the accomplishment of the granary's grains! Grant the accomplishment of increasing power and wealth! Grant the accomplishment of increasing people and livestock! Repel enemies, troublemakers, and thieves! Repel evil spirits, disasters, and emptiness of mind! Repel malicious gossip! Repel all major setbacks and fears! Auspiciousness, happiness, perfection, etc., may the desired fruits in your heart be accomplished right now! See how the power and energy are! Show signs and omens in reality! Accomplish the entrusted task! This is the fulfillment ritual for the Dharma protectors, which was written by the mantra holder Ra Ga A Si Ya in the morning with the blessing of accomplishment, because the disciple Padma Thar Chin repeatedly requested it. If there are any mistakes, I confess to the Dharma protectors.
