As vowed, in order to protect the Buddha's teachings, and for me and my teachers, retinue, people, and possessions, may the harm of epidemics and plagues be pacified, and may all that is desired in the heart be accomplished. Oṃ hūṃ śrī ya devi kāli kāli mahā kāli hūṃ bhyoḥ! E a rali hring hring dzah! Visualize bestowing the nectar of the vow upon the tongue of the mother. Oṃ hana hana mati pramani hūṃ phaṭ! Bhyo! From the illusory palace of six-storied layers, the one glorious goddess, dark as soot, whose body is like the unchangeable Mount Meru, the thunder of Brahma resounds in the expanse of the sky, the jewel box of her heart possesses five wisdoms, the vase of her neck is like the neck of a peacock, her tongue is like a lotus, pomegranate, and sharp knife, the ḍākiṇī who swiftly accomplishes benefits, I prostrate to the glorious, powerful mother! Hūṃ! The udumbara flower, lotus, and water lily, and these flowers beautiful with the five senses, I offer to the head of the glorious goddess, may all my thoughts be accomplished! The scent of much fat incense smoke, and the spices mixed with guggul and agaru, I offer with a respectful heart, may the glorious goddess's excellent nose be satisfied! Like the sun and moon, clear, radiant jewels, and the butter lamps illuminating all three thousand worlds, I offer to the eyes of the glorious goddess, may I dispel the darkness of the two obscurations! The well-mixed fragrance and five nectars, and duruka and the four worthy offerings, I offer as a sacrifice to the heart of the glorious goddess, may all my thoughts be accomplished! The flesh of enemies slain and horse meat, bird meat and dog meat and beef, this great rice offering of various grains, I offer to the mouth of the glorious goddess, may all my desires be accomplished! The great drum loudly proclaims like the sound of a dragon, and the human bone flute is melodious in every way, the sound of the ḍamaru reveals all dharmas in the mind, I offer as a sacrifice to the ears of the glorious goddess, may all my thoughts be accomplished!
