A compilation of notes on the practice method of the exceedingly secret mind transmission from the five deities of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Gyalwa Gyatso, and the introduction to the three and four bodies. A compilation of notes on the practice method of the exceedingly secret mind transmission from the five deities of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Gyalwa Gyatso, and the introduction to the three and four bodies. This is the beginning of the compilation of notes on the practice method of the exceedingly secret mind transmission from the five deities of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Gyalwa Gyatso, and the introduction to the three and four bodies. Namo Lokeshvaraya Kaya Cature. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो लोकेश्वराय काय चतुरे, Sanskrit Romanization: Namo lokeśvarāya kāya cature, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Lord of the World, embodiment of the four bodies.) Bhagavan, the essence of the four bodies, I prostrate to Avalokiteśvara! Please grant your blessings! In the Vajra Essence Tantra, the assembly of Buddhas like the ocean, is placed entirely in the external realm, internally placed in the body, secretly placed in the channels, and most secretly placed in the mind. This also includes the three activities of pacifying, increasing, and magnetizing. The most secret is the introduction to the result. The introduction that is spoken is the introduction to the three and four bodies. The profound Dharma introduction to the three bodies is transmitted from Tailopa and Naropa, an oral transmission without writing. In the yellow scroll of Rinchen Lingpa, the activity of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, the Buddhas like the ocean, is a collection of the three regions of China, Tibet, and Mongolia. The one who knows the three times, named Tsurphu, will appear with the name Karma. In my profound Dharma of Orgyen, he will fully display talent and merit. As prophesied, Rangjung Dorje wrote it down. After that, the successive fathers and sons composed many extensive and concise guidebooks. For the sake of a complete notebook on the generation and completion stages, the root verses are spoken for easy practice. For individuals of lower faculties, refuge, bodhicitta, the hundred-syllable mantra, and the mandala, the ritual of the five deities is complete in meaning. For individuals of intermediate faculties, the four sessions turn the wheel of Dharma, establishing the key point of the body as one, devotion to the guru as two, life force of the wind as three, and effort in physical training as four. The tummo (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) possessing the four key points. All secret practices are complete in meaning. Explained in detail as clarified elsewhere. These completion and generation stages are also the generation stage of conceptual thought.

It is not so. This is the generation stage of non-discrimination, meditating within the state of emptiness. On top of a lotus, sun, and moon stacked upon each other, visualize yourself completely as the Bhagavan. Shakyamuni Buddha, the color of pure gold, adorned with excellent marks and signs, seated in the vajra posture. Wearing the three Dharma robes. At the heart, on a moon disc, is a yellow Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). When exhaling, a thousand Buddhas radiate from the body, as well as countless billions of Shakyamuni Buddhas. The entire world is filled with golden light. All of these Buddhas are teaching the Dharma, therefore, all six realms of beings become like Shakyamuni Buddha, completely merging into his body. When inhaling, everything is gathered and dissolves into the central channel. Abide in the state of non-objectification. In the state of emptiness, meditate on compassion. Place awareness in the center of the view. By meditating in this way repeatedly, it is said that all phenomena are realized as Nirmāṇakāya. The meaning of this is that in the Father Tantra Guhyasamaja it is said: In short, the five aggregates completely manifest as the five Buddhas. The twelve sources, eighteen elements, and six faculties are the supreme mandala of Bodhisattvas. The Victorious Maitreya also said: The Saṃbhogakāya appears for the benefit of beings, and is inseparable from Suchness, because it possesses the Buddha-nature, therefore all sentient beings constantly possess the Tathāgatagarbha. Thus it is said, because it is said in the Condensed Intent Tantra that all sentient beings are emanations of the Yidam deity. Although the six realms of beings are themselves Nirmāṇakāya, they are obscured by the clinging to ordinary appearances due to non-realization. Through practice, the ordinary illusions are purified. It is said that phenomenal existence is realized as Nirmāṇakāya. The meaning of this is said in the Vajra verses: In the lower room of Pulahari, the Nirmāṇakāya pours down like an unceasing rain. These are the two Vajra verses. On top of a lotus, sun, and moon, in an instant, visualize yourself completely as Avalokiteśvara, the ocean of victors. Meditate as if visualizing the single Father deity. At the heart, on a moon disc, at the end of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, visualize the six-syllable mantra surrounding it. When blowing air outwards, from the nostrils and pores, rays of light of five colors radiate, pervading the ten directions of the world. The beings of the six realms and the intermediate state, all become the Saṃbhogakāya Avalokiteśvara, completely becoming the ocean of victors. When inhaling, everything is gathered and dissolves into oneself.
